Once you are at peace with yourself and God, you can see miracles everywhere and I strongly believe that if your faith in God is ultimate, you can be sure that he is always walking with you, will look after you and will never let you down! Guru Nanak says, “He, the God will not let you bow in front of anyone if you have belief, faith and your karma is good”; And that is the story of my film “Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai” says Kalyaani Singh, the writer and director of the movie.

She says that when she wrote the story and chose this title, she was aware that it would be compared to the biggest blockbuster of Punjabi cinema that was produced 55 years ago and is still looked upon as one of the best record-breaking works in the industry. But as she said earlier, it was her faith in God that gave her the courage to go ahead and her Karma that told her, she was born to make this film. “I had very positive vibes all around me and I told my husband Maann Singh, renowned journalist & writer who doesn’t mince words and is extremely honest, about my idea for the film & this title. He heard the story and said just 2 words – GO AHEAD!”

Continuing the journey, Kalyaani Singh discusses the development of her project. “I was very happy & confident and then discussed the story in detail with him. This is when he told me that 55 years ago, God had chosen non-Punjabi filmmakers, the very well-known Maheshwari brothers to make this ambitious project successfully and this time he has chosen us, non-Punjabis again, to make a film with the same name and continue its spirit. The first message of Guru Nanak Dev Ji is that “The world is one, all humans are equal”, and it is only our belief in almighty that binds us together.

With the blessings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, I called our actors as who I believed can carry the film on their strong shoulders and do justice to my subject. Choosing a good star cast means half the work is already done!

Though the story of my film is entirely different from the first one, every performance of my actors will be compared with actors from the previous film and especially with the legendary Prithviraj Kapoor. My actors were excited, but will they be able to devote themselves to the script as I have dreamed of? I was shocked when I saw Mukesh Rishi, Vindu Dara Singh, Sardar Sohi, and Dolly Mattoo performing! They were deeply involved in their roles, and nothing could make me happier.

 My husband and producer of the film, Maann Singh Deep, who was always on the set sitting in some corner and watching the public who were coming to see the shooting, was pleasantly shocked & surprised with the reaction of the public.

 Maann Singh Ji told me one day at our hotel room after the shoot, “Kalyaani, do you know why are we not disturbed by the public even in crowded places? Because for them it is not just any ordinary film; it is their faith in the name of Guru Nanak Dev Ji that they listen to every dialogue with full faith and attention. They close their eyes when they listen to the shabads played on speakers as they are in a state of meditation.”  It is a big responsibility on my tiny shoulders, but I am sure that my guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji is with me, his blessings are with me, and he will guide me all the way to make this an extremely memorable film.

 “Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai” is a very holy name, which not only Punjabis, but other caste/religion people also have faith and belief in. This film was made 55 years ago starring the legendary actors Prithviraj Kapoor, I. S. Johar, Vimi and Som Dutt. It had won a national award at that time and broke all the records as far as box office collection is concerned. Till today, no Punjabi film has broken the footfall record of “Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai” yet. This movie was also the only Punjabi movie in history to be a Golden Jubilee.

 After 55 years, once again, the film is being made with a different story and renowned star cast. This modern “Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai” is an international Punjabi film which will be released in Punjabi, Hindi, along with English subtitles. Also, this film is the only Punjabi film till date in which the holy Golden Temple, Amritsar has been explored so deeply and vastly because of special permissions granted to this film by the official authorities of Golden Temple, Amritsar. This film is starring Mukesh Rishi, Vindu Dara Singh, Dolly Mattoo, Gavie Chahal, Drishti Grewal and Sardar Sohi.

This film is being written and directed by Kalyaani Singh, produced by Maann Singh and Vedant Singh, and co-produced by Amit Awasthi (Reliance Entertainment). The official Music Launch of the film is scheduled on 2nd May 2024, and Reliance Entertainment will be releasing this film worldwide on 24th May 2024.

The music video, which was launched at a grand ceremony held at Red Bulb Studios in Mumbai, features the duo Khushboo Vaiddya and Arhaan Patel.

The music director of this song is Joy Chakraborty, lyricist is Alaukik Rahi and singers are Buddhaa M. and Birina Pathak. The project head of the music video is Raj Gupta while Sayan Ray has directed it.

The conference of this video launch was quite grand where many celebrity guests including producer Ajay Soni, Shekhar Soni, co-producer Satyam Soni were also present. Everyone liked this song very much and congratulated Ajay Soni.

Producer Ajay Soni says that Nox Music has presented this video. The chemistry of Khushboo Vaiddya and Arhaan Patel looks very good in Silvetein. This song has been shot in filmy style. The location is also beautiful. It is expected that it will be well appreciated by the audience.

This song has been shot in Andaman Nicobar. Ajay Soni said that we had gone there to shoot a song with actress Khushboo but shot two songs. Khushboo is very honest towards her work. In one shot, Khushboo had to run while crossing the trees but she fell and got injured, despite that she continued her shooting. We shot this song in two days. Initially we wanted to shoot it in Maldives but the director told us about the location of Andaman Nicobar and we immediately agreed.

Actress Khushboo Vaiddya said that this is a dreamy song and is for people of every age group. We all were working on this song for a long time. I was happy to see the director’s story board. The location of Andaman Nicobar is very amazing. I had to spend the whole night at Chennai airport for this song shoot. While Sayan is the coolest and flexible director, he also gives freedom to the artists. This song is actually the result of team work.

Actor Arhaan Patel said that I was feeling very comfortable with Khushboo during its shooting. Sayan is a very cool director and Ajay Soni is a very cheerful person.

Singer Buddhaa sang two lines of this song and said that this song is very close to my heart. Joy Chakraborty has composed a beautiful tune.

महिलाओं पर हो रहे अत्याचार पर आधारित “अमीना” का  ट्रेलर लॉन्च

मुंबई, बॉलीवुड फिल्मों  में महिला प्रधान कहानियों  पर आधारित फिल्मो  का चलन बढ़ा हैं अब लेखक आफताब हसनैन द्वारा लिखित प्रसिद्ध नाटक “यहां अमीना बिकती है” से प्रेरित फ़िल्म “अमीना” सिनेमागृहों में रिलीज़ के लिए तैयार हैं । मुंबई में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में फ़िल्म का ट्रेलर  रिलीज़ किया गया । इस अवसर पर फ़िल्म के निर्माता निर्देशक कुमार राज , सहनिर्माता धर्म, एग्जीक्यूटिव प्रोड्यूसर विनोद यादव, सम्पूर्ण कास्ट & क्रू उपस्थित रहे।  

फ़िल्म “अमीना” में  अभिनेत्री  रेखा राणा मुख्य किरदार में नजर आएँगी। साथ ही  अनंत महादेवन और उत्कर्ष कोहली प्रमुख किरदार में नज़र आयेंगे। संगीतकार इस्माइल दरबार ने फ़िल्म का म्यूजिक तैयार किया है।  निर्देशक कुमार राज की  इस फिल्म के द्वारा महिलाओं की कुछ गहन समस्या पर प्रकाश डालने की कोशिश है। 

निर्देशक कुमार राज की पिछली फ़िल्म , ‘तारा, द जर्नी ऑफ लव एंड पैशन’ को 750 से अधिक अंतरराष्ट्रीय फिल्म समारोहों में  प्रदर्शित किया गया हैं , 487 अंतरराष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुए और सेवन वर्ल्ड बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स में भी इस का नाम शामिल है।  अब उन्हें फ़िल्म “अमीना” से  भी  बहुत उम्मीदें हैं ।

“अमीना” एक युवा लड़की की इमोशनल कहानी हैं , जिसे  अपने माता-पिता ने शादी के लिए बेच दिया था, यह एक ऐसी कहानी है जो महिलाओं के साहस, डर के आगे जीत के साथ ही लचीलेपन और  स्वतंत्रता की खोज जैसे  विचारों की भी प्रस्तुत करती हैं । महिलाओं पर होने वाले अत्याचार पर यह एक सीधा संवाद हैं

 यह समाज के एक बड़े हिस्से की सच्चाई हैं  यह हमारे समाज के कई महिलाओं ने इस तरह तरह ही विषम परिस्थितियों का सामना किया हैं । इस फ़िल्म के ज़रिए आधी आबादी के एक बड़े हिस्से के साथ होने वाले अन्याय और अत्याचार पर शुरू की जाने वाली एक सार्थक चर्चा हैं

फ़िल्म में वरिष्ठ फ़िल्म अभिनेता  रज़ा मुराद ने वाइस ओवर किया हैं  फिल्म में पांच गाने है। 

“अमीना”  की शूटिंग फ्रांस (पेरिस और कान्स), सेनेगल (डकार), टोगो, गाम्बिया, यूएसए (लॉस एंजिल्स), यूएई (दुबई, अबू धाबी) और भारत (मुंबई और कर्जत ) की खूबसूरत स्थानों में की गई है फ़िल्म का संगीत रेड रिबन ने जारी किया हैं १२ अप्रैल को रिलायंस डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन के द्वारा इस फ़िल्म अमीना को सिनेमागृहों में रिलीज़ किया जाएगा ।

The Tuli Research Centre for India Studies presents “Self-Discovery via Rediscovering India,” an immersive vast journey through the rich tapestry of India’s cinematic & cultural heritage.

 “Our exhibition celebrates the enduring artistic and cultural bonds forged across nearly two hundred years of India being herself in which one hundred and twenty are revolving around the magic of the silver screen,” says Neville Tuli, encapsulating the context of the showcase.

The exhibition can only reveal a glimpse of the vast treasure trove of world cinematic history which Tuli has carefully archived and preserved over thirty years. Among the captivating displays are a rare array of photographs, Jubilee trophies and artworks showcasing the remarkable cinematic chemistry between legendary figures.

At the heart of the exhibition lies a fascinating collection spot-lighting director-actor relationships. From the iconic duo of Raj Kapoor and Nargis to the unique bonds between Amitabh Bachchan and a few master directors such as Prakash Mehra, Manmohan Desai and Yash Chopra, to the iconic sizzle between Dharmendra and Hema Malini.

Internationally renowned collaborations also take centre-stage, such as the legendary partnerships of Tod Browning and Lon Chaney, Fritz Lang and Thea von Harbou, Joseph von Sternberg and Marlene Dietrich, Martin Scorsese and Robert de Niro, Akira Kurosawa and Toshirō Mifune, among others. Much of these collections will be revealed in depth with the launch of the Research Centre’s website.

भारत की‌ सांस्कृतिक विरासत में गहरी रूचि रखने वाले लोगों के लिए नई दिल्ली के इंडिया इंटरनैशनल सेंटर गैलेक्सी में चल रही प्रदर्शनी लोगों के दिलो-दिमाग पर ख़ूब असर कर‌ रही है और तमाम लोगों को ख़ूब पसंद आ रही है.

द तुली रिसर्च सेंटर फॉर इंडिया स्टडीज़ की‌ ओर‌ से प्रदर्शित की गई ‘सेल्फ़ डिस्कवरी वाया रीडिस्कवरिंग इंडिया’ नामक यह प्रदर्शनी भारतीय सिनेमा और सांस्कृतिक विरासत की समृद्ध परंपराओं की अद्भुत झलक पेश करती है. प्रदर्शनी को क्यूरेट और प्रस्तुत करने वाले नेविल तुली ने‌ इस मौके पर‌ कहा, “इस अनोखी प्रदर्शनी भारत के 200 सालों की कला और संस्कृति के‌ अंतर-संबंधों का अक्स देखने‌ को मिलता है. इनमें से तकरीबन 120 सालों का तो भारतीय सिनेमा‌ का गौरवशाली इतिहास ही रहा हैं.”

उल्लेखनीय है कि यह प्रदर्शनी नेविल तुली द्वारा पिछले 30 सालों में आरकाइव की गईं और बड़े जतन से सहेजी गईं विश्व की सिनेमाई धरोहर की एक छोटी से झलक मात्र ही पेश करती है. इस प्रदर्शनी में दिग्गजी कलाकारों के बीच की केमिस्ट्री को दर्शाने वाली बेहद आकर्षक तस्वीरें, जुबिली ट्रॉफ़ियां और तमाम तरह के वास्तुशिल्पों को प्रदर्शित किया गया है. इस प्रदर्शनी का सबसे बड़ा आकर्षण है निर्देशकों और कलाकारों के रिश्तों को रेखांकित करने वाली खंड. राज कपूर और नरगिस, प्रकाश मेहरा, मनमोहन देसाई व यश चोपड़ा जैसे महान निर्देशकों के साथ अमिताभ बच्चन के रिश्तों के अलावा धर्मेंद्र और हेमा मालिनी के बीच के रिश्तों को भी बड़े ही कलात्मक ढंग से इस प्रदर्शनी में पेश किया गया है.

महावीर जयंती के पावन अवसर पर रिलीज़ होने वाली फ़िल्म ‘द लिगेसी ऑफ जिनेश्वर’, पिछले कुछ हफ़्तों में हुए निराधार प्रतिरोध को कड़ी टक्कर देकर सिनेमाघरों में 19 अप्रैल 2024 को महावीर जयंती के दिन प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। कई लोगों ने इसे सत्य की जीत बताया है । फ़िल्म के निर्माता अभिषेक मालू ने आश्वस्त किया कि ये फ़िल्म जैन परंपरा की अद्भुत और अनकही यशोगाथा को साझा करेगी। फिल्म की टीम ने लोगों से सिनेमाघरों में आने का अनुरोध किया है।

हाल ही में हुए इंटरव्यू के दौरान, अभिषेक मालू ने बताया कि फिल्म को लेकर कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा की गई अफवाहें उन्हें परेशान कर रही थीं, लेकिन उन्होंने इसके खिलाफ सख्ती से खड़ा होकर स्पष्ट किया कि फिल्म में किसी भी अभद्र या अनुचित मात्रा में कोई विषय नहीं है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि उनकी फिल्म पर किसी भी प्रकार का बैन या स्टे नहीं लगाया गया था। जो भी समय सीबीएफसी ने रिव्यू करने में लिया, यह वही प्रतीक्षा थी।

इस फिल्म के माध्यम से, दर्शकों को जैन धर्म के महत्वपूर्ण तत्वों को दर्शाया जाएगा। इस फिल्म में राजा ऋषभ देव से लेकर भगवान महावीर तक का सफर, और खरतरगच्छ की स्थापना जैसे महत्वपूर्ण घटनाक्रमों को एक रोचक कहानी के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया है।

फ़िल्म की टीम ने विरोध-कर्ताओं को एक बार ये फिल्म देखने की सलाह दी और फिर अपना नज़रिया बनाने का आग्रह किया है । उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उनकी फिल्म के माध्यम से जैन धर्म की महानता को लोगों के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करने का प्रयास है और उम्मीद है कि लोगों में इस धर्म के प्रति अधिक आस्था और ज्ञान का विकास होगा।

निर्माता व निर्देशकों ने अपनी फिल्म को बनाने के लिए किए गए प्रयासों को बताते हुए कहा कि धर्म और समाज को समझने में फिल्मों का एक महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है, जो लोगों की आस्था में वृद्धि और संबंधों में एकता लाता है।

फिल्म के प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर विवेक सुधींद्र कुलश्रेष्ठ हैं, इसका निर्देशन प्रदीप पी. जाधव और विवेक अय्यर ने किया है। फिल्म के लेखक और गीतकार प्रशान्त बेबार हैं, और संगीत विवियन रिचर्ड और विपिन पटवा का है। इस फिल्म में गीतों को पद्मश्री कैलाश खेर, जावेद अली, और दिव्य कुमार जैसे मशहूर गायकों ने आवाज दी है।

‘द तुली रिसर्च सेंटर फॉर इंडिया स्टडीज़’ के संस्थापक और भारतीय सांस्कृतिक विरासत को संजोकर रखने में माहिर नेविल तुली का मानना है कि “हर किसी के अंदर मुगल-ए-आज़म का वास है.” उनका यह अद्भुत वाक्य ‘सेल्फ़ डिस्कवरी वाया रीडिस्कवरिंग इंडिया’ नामक प्रदर्शनी देखने के लिए पहुंचे 100 छात्रों के‌ लिए एकदम खरा साबित हुआ. इस प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन 15 से 30 मार्च, 2024 के‌ बीच न‌ई दिल्ली के इंडिया इंटरनैशनल सेंटर गैलैरी में किया जा रहा है.

उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रदर्शनी को ‘द तुली रिसर्च सेंटर फॉर इंडिया स्टडीज़’ द्वारा क्यूरेट किया गया है जो भारत की 100 से भी अधिक की सिनेमाई विरासत को अनोखे अंदाज़ में पेश करती है. गंगा जमुना, पाकीज़ा और मुगल-ए-आज़म’ जैसी कालजयी फ़िल्मों से लेकर देवी, क्रांति और काबुलीवाला जैसे मास्टरपीस के माध्यम से इस प्रदर्शनी में भारतीय सिनेमा के उत्सवी रंगों की अनोखी छटां देखने को मिलेगी.

इस प्रदर्शनी के आयोजन का मूल मक़सद भारत की सांस्कृतिक विरासत के नज़रिए से लोगों को ख़ुद की पहचान को तलाशने का मौका देना है. यह नेविल तुली की दूरदृष्टि का ही नतीजा है कि तमाम कलाकृतियों, शिल्पकृतियों, आरकाइव व स्मृति चिह्नों को मूल व डिजिटल स्वरूप में संजोकर इस प्रदर्शनी में पेश किया जा रहा है. यह प्रदर्शनी लोगों को आत्मचिंतन व ज्ञान की खोज करने के मार्ग पर ले जाने का कार्य करेगी.

Mumbai, March 4, 2024: Devotees of Mamtamai Shree Radhe Maa gathered in Mumbai at the Kora Kendra Ground in Borivali (West) on Sunday, March 3, to celebrate the sacred Janmotsav of their revered spiritual leader. The occasion was marked by a series of events focusing on devotion, service, and public service initiatives.

The evening commenced with the divine gathering of devotees engaging in the chanting of the holy names of God and soulful bhajans in praise of the Divine Mother Bhagwati. Known for her teachings in the Sanatan Hindu tradition, Mamtamai Shri Radhe Maa has been a source of inspiration for devotees for the past three decades, emphasizing the significance of bhakti, worship of Goddess Durga, and service to all beings as manifestations of God.

The grand event was organized by the Shri Radhe Charitable Trust Mumbai and Shri Radhe Charitable Society New Delhi, established by devotees inspired by Shri Radhe Maa’s teachings. These charitable trusts have been actively involved in various philanthropic activities, including donations of essential items such as clothes, food grains, notebooks, computers, sewing machines, wheelchairs, and more to the underprivileged.

Preceding the Janmotsav, a reading of the Holy Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji was held on March 2. On the auspicious day, families in need received 13 kg bags of essential food items, including wheat flour, salt, sugar, and lentils/daal. The Janmotsav concluded with a Bhajan Sandhya featuring renowned artists such as Ram Shankar, Sanjeev Kohli, Indu Khanna, Masha Ali, G Khan, Peji Shah Koti, Nirmal Thakur, Sneha Shankar, Raj Sagar, Shankar Anuragi, Jaggi Dholi Brothers, and many others, offering musical performances to glorify Sanatan Hindu Dharma.

The event also honored various saints, devotees, sadhus, Sanskrit scholars, and priests from Hindu temples joining in to affirm Mamtamai Shri Radhe Maa’s teachings to serve all beings. The day witnessed participation from Shri Radhe Maa’s devotees from around the world, culminating in a community meal (bhandara) that was free and open to all without exception.

Several billboard media companies contributed towards broadcasting the event far and wide, which helped the celebrations attract massive participation in the city with people from all walks of life joining in. The event was streamed live on Mamtamai Shri Radhe Maa’s official YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook channels for devotees across the world who could not be present in person for the celebrations.

Several esteemed public figures graced the Mamtamai Radhe Maa Janmotsav celebrations. Among them was Member of Parliament Gopal Shetty. Vidya Thakur, a dedicated Member of the Legislative Assembly. Manisha Tai Chaudhary, another MLA, joined the gathering as did Bina Doshi, a Corporator. MLA Prakash Surve, Corporator Kamlesh Yadav were also in attendance along with Corporator Deepak Tawde also graced the event with his presence.

Acharya Ramchandra Das Ji, the bonafide representative of Jagadguru Shri Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj, honored the event by blessing the volunteers for their efforts. Shri. Rajaram Deshmukh, associated with Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir Trust, and the Personal Assistant Of Former CM of Maharashtra Shri Ashok Chavan also paid his respects. Shri Ravindra Chhinda Ji, the Principal Pujari at Maa Chintpurni Mandir was also present at the venue in person to participate in the devotional rituals.

Organized by FIND STUDIOZ in collaboration with the Indian Chamber of Commerce for Affirmative Action, the festival served as a vibrant platform for promoting cultural exchange and understanding.

Since its inception in 2022, the Northeast India International Film Festival has been dedicated to showcasing the diversity and harmony of the region’s colorful culture. As a window into Northeast India, the festival has grown into a pivotal event, fostering dialogue and appreciation for the region’s cinematic offerings.

At the heart of NIIFF’s success lies the visionary leadership of Find Studioz, spearheaded by founder members Rebecca Changkija Sema and Shiraz Henry. The esteemed guests of honor at the festival included notable figures such as Shri. Sunil Zode, Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce for Affirmative Action, Shri. विश्व महिला दिवस पर सम्मान समारोह 

मुम्बई । 8 मार्च, अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर विश्व हिन्दी अकादमी और मालवा रंगमंच समिति के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में एक भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन अंधेरी पश्चिम स्थिति मुक्ति सभागार में किया गया। दीप प्रज्वलन और केशव राय द्वारा महाकाल चालीसा के पाठ से कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ हुआ और कुलवंत बक्शीश के निर्देशन में नाटक ‘कर्ण’ का मंचन किया गया। इस नाटक के सभी पात्र तीन महिलाओं ने निभाया और दर्शकों का दिल जीत लिया।

इसके पश्चात  शिवरात्रि और महिला दिवस के अवसर पर कई विद्वानों के वक्तव्य हुए। कवि सम्मलेन मुशायरे के अंतर्गत आशकरन अटल, प्रज्ञा शर्मा, परवेज़ आलम,  मनीषा उपाध्याय, संजय गुप्ता आदि के  काव्यपाठ हुए और रेखा खान, नीतू सिंह, अजीत राय, सुनील तिवारी, राजेश राठी आदि ने फिल्मो में महिलाओं के किरदार पर विशेष चर्चा की।।कार्यक्रम का संचालन केशव राय ने किया।

इस अवसर पर विश्व हिन्दी अकादमी और मालवा रंगमंच समिति द्वारा महिला गरिमा सम्मान से विनीता जोशी, नाॅयरिका भतेजा, खुशाली हिरानी,  पूजाश्री, गीता यादव, मनीषा उपाध्याय, केतकी पंडित, कायनात खान, आनंदी त्रिपाठी, एकता जैन, रूपाली सिसोदिया, अनाया ब्रह्म, रेखा चौधरी, पुष्पा वर्मा, दिव्या सहगल, श्वेता दुआ, मोनिका जैन, कल्पना तिवारी, प्रज्ञा शर्मा, खुशी ठक्कर, मीनू सिंह, नीतू सिंह और रेखा खान को उनके उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। संध्या राय के संयोजन में सम्पन्न इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन केशव राय ने किया। इसी कार्यक्रम में फिल्मकार कुमार राज की महिला प्रधान फिल्म “अमीना” का पोस्टर भी लांच किया गया। अंत में इरफ़ान श्रीवास्तव ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया।
