Chintan started his musical journey in the year 1991, where he won “All India Gayak Gayika” Competition, held in New Delhi. It was an all India event, where he Claimed winner’s position. Beside, participating in various school and college level competition, his 1st major television appearance was in “Zee TV’s Antakshari”, compeered By Mr. Anu kapoor and Ms. Renuka Shahane in the year 1995. Chintan Rockstar got “National Excellence Award” in singing from former Governor of Himachal Pradesh Mr. V. Kokje and Dr. Diwakar Shukla,London. He gave his spellbound performance in National Gynaecology Conference held in Patna on women’s day. He performed exclusively in All India Doctor’s Conference PEDICON. He performed in Mega show “kabhi Alvida Na kahana” the India’s largest tribute to Kishore Kumar as well he performed “Superstar Rajesh Khanna Show” with the 84 musicians at the most prestigious Shanmukhananda Hall in Mumbai to a packed 3000 musically ardent audience and he sang in 44th National Annual Conference of LIC, and a programme named as ‘Mere Kishore Da Sang Pancham’in Indore. Sandeep Marwah Included In World Book Of Records London
Dubai: Renowned media person Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios and founder of Noida Film City gets included in the World Book of Records London for being founder of Noida Film City-the fastest growing film city in the World.
“It was in December 1986 I submitted the project to UP Government. December 1987 the film city got its clearance from the state capital Lucknow and !988 allotments were made. Government gave us three years’ time to build up the infra structure and to come into production. We were originally six, then twelve and now total sixteen players in film city,” recollected Sandeep Marwah while narrating the story of making of Film City in North India.

Abhik Bhanu to bring real life history to reel life
Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), India: Filmmaker Abhik Bhanu launched his upcoming periodic-historical Hindi feature film – “1922 Pratikar Chauri Chaura”. It is the first film of its kind which will reveal the incident happened in Chauri Chaura, a town near Gorakhpur and Deoria in Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) 100-years-ago…
The first look of the film was recently showcased in Gorakhpur. It is being produced by Sarayu Visionwith Anju Khare as the co-producer. Dileep Bhosale is the creative producer while Atul Kumar Pandeyis the executive producer and Sumit Kumar is the line producer. Vishal Shrivastava is the production designer. Director of photography is by Manoj Gupta and Sanjay Mehta, art direction is by Dipankar Mondale and editing by Arun Shekhar are the major credits of the film. Ravi Shankar Khare is the presenter of this film.
What happened in Chauri Chaura 100-years ago was seen as a simple incident of arsoning of a police station and thus was not given due place in the pages of history. In the year 1922, in British-India and during the non-cooperation movement (a part of the Indian freedom struggle) led by Mahatma Gandhi, the protesters set fire to a police station and killed at least 22 policemen in protest against the police firing on large group of demonstrators. 19 arrested freedom fighters were sentenced to death and 14 to imprisonment for life by the British colonial authorities.
Incidentally writer-director Abhik Bhanu had made his debut feature film “Sab Kuch Hai Kuch Bhi Nahin” on the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. Speaking on the occasion the director reveals, “1922 Pratikar Chauri Chaura is the first Hindi feature film ever made on Chauri Chaura incident related 100-years-back; the struggle of common people in their fight for Independence.. The film is in the memory of the martyrs in this incident. It is surprising and unfortunate that this portions of the freedom struggle have been omitted in the history books by the then Britishers’ and the Indian government too.”
The filmmaker whose last release was Jimmy Sheirgill starrer “Gun Pe Done” has also authored few award-winning books like ‘Honcho’, ‘A Dark Rainbow’, ‘Stool Pigeon’ and ‘Blind Faith’. He has the passion and ability to take real life situation and make them dramatic on the screen. He further says, “We will be showing actual events that transpired during that time of freedom struggle. It took us more than 8-months for research and a team of 20-writers. The script also involves sources from books of well-known authors. We are also in the process of casting look-alike characters from U.P. to fit the bill. Either than the actors we are also looking for good folk singers.”
Regarding filming, Abhik Bhanu replies, “We have planned our shooting schedules from July-end this year and earmarked locations in the exotic and picturesque locales of entire Uttar Pradesh like Chauri Chaura, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Allahabad, Lucknow and Varanasi.”
As for his release plans Bhanu says, “We are eagerly looking forward to complete and release this film on a grand international scale and simultaneously commemorate with centenary year-long celebrations of Chauri Chaura. The gesture of Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in giving Chauri Chaura the deserved importance is overwhelming. Likewise we intend to release the film across thousands of screens and add cherry topping the cream.”
It may be recalled CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and his state administration had claimed that till date the history of Chauri Chaura had not been celebrated as it should have been. The UP government has planned a year of celebrations from February 4, 2021 to February 4, 2022 in all 75 districts of the state in the memory of the martyrs. PM Narendra Modi had inaugurated a series of events last February 4, 2021 to mark the centenary year of Chauri Chaura incident. During that time then he had proudly quoted: “1922 Pratikar Chauri Chaura…. Ek Kaand Nahi….Sangram Hai…”

12 जुलाई 2021, कोलकाता: पत्रकार एवं लेखक अंशुल चतुर्वेदी ने प्रभा खेतान फाउंडेशन द्वारा आयोजित और श्री सीमेंट द्वारा प्रस्तुत ‘द राइट सर्कल स्पेशल’ के एक वर्चुअल ऑनलाइन सत्र में स्वामी विवेकानंद पर लिखी गयी अपनी नई पुस्तक पर अपने विचारों को साझा किया। इस सत्र के दौरान फिल्म निर्माता और पर्यावरणविद्, पद्मश्री नीला माधब पांडा ने अंशुल से इस पुस्तक को लेकर विभिन्न पहलुओं पर बातचीत की। अहसास वुमन की चंडीगढ़ शाखा की तरफ से रिश्मा गिल ने इस सत्र का संचालन किया।
‘द विवेकानंद हैंडबुक फॉर एवरीडे लिविंग’ नामक यह पुस्तक स्वामी विवेकानंद की शिक्षाओं और उनके सिद्धांतों और आदर्श को किसी भी व्यक्ति के दैनिक जीवन में लागू करने के लिए एक कुशल मार्गदर्शक है। इस पुस्तक को आधिकारिक तौर पर 28 जून 2021 को लॉन्च किया गया था।
लेखक ने इस सत्र में शामिल दर्शकों के एक प्रश्न के उत्तर में समझाया कि उनके द्वारा लिखी गयी यह पुस्तक स्वामी विवेकानंद के धार्मिक विचारों का विद्वतापूर्ण विश्लेषण नहीं है, बल्कि हमारे दैनिक जीवन में उनके विचारों की व्यावहारिकता का वर्णन है। यह एक अकादमिक कार्य नहीं है, बल्कि एक यात्रा वृत्तांत है, जहां स्वामी विवेकानंद यात्रा गाइड के रूप में हैं। मेरा निजी मानना है कि मुख्य रूप से इस पुस्तक को स्वामी विवेकानंद की महानता के बारे में अन्य धार्मिक पुस्तक के रूप में नहीं पढ़ा जाना चाहिए। इसलिए मैंने इसे उनके ज्ञान और उनके बयान के रूप में नहीं लिखा, क्योंकि मेरा विचार यह है कि आम लोगों के लिए इस पुस्तक में लिखी बातों को समझना और निजी जीवन में उसे कार्यान्वित करना बेहद आसान होना चाहिए।
अंशुल ने कहा, मेरे इस किताब के इस तरह से मार्केट में आने का कारण यह भी है कि जब मै छोटा था, तभी से मेरे मन और मस्तिष्क में इस व्यक्ति (स्वामी विवेकानंद) के आदर्श और सिद्धांत से मुझे काफी प्रेरणा मिली, जिसके कारण मै इनसे प्रेरित और प्रभावित हुआ था. इस अद्भुत प्रेरणाश्रोत व्यक्तित्व को लेकर मैंने अबतक के जीवन में जो अनुभव किया है, उस एहसास को मैंने अपनी आंखों के माध्यम से इस पुस्तक में उतारने की कोशिश की है। पिछले 100 वर्षों में एक से बढ़कर एक विद्वानों ने उनके बारे में काफी विस्तृत आकार में उनके बारे में वर्णन किया है, इसलिए मुझे उनकी महानता को दोहराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। मैं उनके व्यक्तित्व पर टिप्पणी करने के योग्य बिल्कुल नहीं हूं कि उन्होंने मेरी सोच को कैसे आकार दिया है। उनका कद और बुद्धि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष द्वारा किये गये वर्णन से परे है।
आई एम कलाम, कड़वी हवा और कलीरा अतिता जैसी पुरस्कार विजेता फिल्में बनाने वाले नीला ने कहा कि, वह 200 पृष्ठों की इस किताब से काफी प्रभावित हुए हैं, क्योंकि इस पुस्तक में स्वामी विवेकानंद की शिक्षाओं को काफी गहरायी से समझाने की कोशिश की गयी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पुस्तक लोगों के लिए आज के इस कठिन घड़ी में मानसिक और भावनात्मक बूस्टर का काम करेगी।

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Launches Muslim Scholar’s Book The Meeting of Minds
5 July 2021, Ghaziabad: “There is a need to guard against fear-mongering that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is against minorities or that Islam is in danger in India. I believe that the DNA of the people of India is the same and that both Hindus and Muslims are one entity,” said Dr Mohan Rao Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak, RSS, on Sunday at the Kitaab book launch event where he unveiled Dr Khwaja Iftikhar Ahmed’s book – “The Meeting of Minds: A Bridging Initiative”. The book launch at Ghaziabad was organized by Prabha Khaitan Foundation of Kolkata in association with Muslim Rashtriya Manch and presented by Shree Cement.
“When people speak about the need for Hindu-Muslim unity, we say we are already one, we are not separate,” Bhagwat said.
Leading professors, scholars, students and eminent personalities from across the globe attended the event that was streamed live. “This is a historic moment as intellectuals meet at one point. The book, which took me eleven months to write, is an honest straight forward account of economics, politics, emotional and many other aspects that determine our national interest; and the fate of tomorrow’s India. We need dialogue and not deadlock, there should be trust and brotherhood among Hindus and Muslims and together we shall make India the `Vishwa Guru’,” said author Dr Khwaja Iftikhar Ahmed who is revered scholar, philosopher and academic.
“Honesty, integrity and credibility are the hallmarks of any relationship and would guide all the future actions and initiatives. He lamented that secular politics of today has brought us to a dead end. If there is no organisation, there is no ideology; if there is no ideology, there are no ideologue; if there are no ideologue, there is no direction; if there is no action and instead of response people react,” said, Dr Khwaja, whose book is now available in English, Hindi and Urdu.
Dr Khwaja lavished praised on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, “We are lucky to have one of the most decisive prime minister ever. He calls a spade a spade and takes firm decisions.”
Dr Mohan Bhagwat said that political parties cannot act as tools to either help unite people or deepen the divide but can influence it. Allaying fears that a majoritarian sentiment is gaining ground in India, he said when atrocities take place against the minorities, voices in protest come from the majority itself. “If anyone says that Muslims should not stay in India then he is not a Hindu,” Bhagwat said.
Alluding to violence against minorities by alleged cow vigilantes, Bhagwat said that though cows are revered in India, violence in the name of cow protection cannot be condoned. “Law should take its course. They should investigate without partiality and punish the guilty. Anyone who is involved in lynching is not a Hindu,” he said.

रितेश पांडे ने अश्लीलता से परे भोजपुरी के लोकगीतों को लाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है, जिसपर वह पिछले कुछ समय से अमल कर रहे हैं। उनके हालिया रिलीज गाने इस बात की गवाही दे रहे हैं कि उन्होंने भोजपुरी अल्बम के गीतों की क्वालिटी से कोई समझौता नहीं किया है।

His name is Number. Yes that’s his name and must say this Number rocks. Originally from Delhi, Number spent his childhood shuttling between Saudi Arabia and India. At the age of 14, Number migrated to the United Kingdom and since then he’s been living there. He obtained his Mechanical Engineering honours degree from the University of Portsmouth.
Since his childhood he had a strong inclination towards music. While at boarding school in Nainital he was the part of school choir. When he came to the UK his love for music grew more and more. He began gathering all kinds of music instruments and machines. What started out as a hobby later became his passion. This passion inspired him to release his own songs and as a result of which music lovers got two songs from him. ”Reboot” and ”El Groove” which were both very well received. This positive response from music lovers drove him to be more serious about music.
When talking about his passion he says,”i believe that music finds it’s way to where it is needed. My own music compositions and lyrics have kept me afloat through some tough waves. I like to make music wherever and whenever i find inspiration. At the moment my past two releases can be classified as a mix of Pop and Rap in an Indian format and i am very happy with the response to my songs”.
Although he is away from India, but Number is well connected with Bollywood music. When asked about the current musical scenario of Bollywood he said , “Bollywood is a home to many of the world’s greatest singers and composers. I think there is a wave of nostalgia going through at the moment as Bollywood is flooded with remix songs. Most songs from the golden days of the entertainment industry are being remixed to serve the interests of the youth today. Remixes are nice and remind us of the talent that helped shape Bollywood into what it is today but i feel there is a space and need for something new and more. Good music will always be loved by all ”.
He also watches music based reality shows regularly. Giving his opinion about reality shows he says,”i have never actively participated in any musical or talent related reality show.but i like watching them and i think there is too much untapped talent in India and reality shows are a good platform for such talent”.
Although the entertainment industry was badly hit by the pandemic and music industry suffered too, Number is positive about the future of the music industry. With high hopes he says,”the pandemic has humbled us in different ways and now it’s the music that is helping all to stay entertained and sane. Music is helpful to lift spirits and spread happiness. Indian music has always been more about the expression of emotions and now coming out of this pandemic, i think we need to look out for many new compositions from new and existing artists. Music is the best healer and it will play a big role to add cheer in the common man’s life”.
Can a singer-composer like Number remain away from Bollywood? He replied,”i watch Hindi films and l love Hindi songs be it new or old. If an offer comes from Bollywood to score the music for film i would say it would be an honour to be considered for this kind of work. If i am asked, my personal choice will be to score music for dark, fantasy or fiction related theme. May be few romantic numbers but not many. I know that i can perform very well for any kind of uplifting or revolutionary based song. This is because i happen to know many inspirational people who represent change. My parents are a prime example of such an existence” he concludes.
Director Atul Joshi shares his experience shooting for Candid Yaari by Mahreen Khan
With a 32 years of experience in the creative industry, Atul Joshi is an example for today’s youth who carries an energy of a 20 year old. Since the 90s he has given his energy and time working for the distinguished Times of India, he has also dipped his toes in the fashion industry and even in the entertainment industry.
At the age of 53, he proudly goes onto do his directorial debut for the new chat show “Candid Yaari” hosted by Mahreen Khan. He talks about his process for the show as he likes to do things very meticulously. His planning starts a day prior with his team which he likes to keep it small and tight and choreographs the entire route from start to end. Tower 11 is an amalgamation of symbolic as well as physical derivations of regional architecture that are contemporised for functional efficiency and maximum performance. For instance, the form of the building is inspired by the volumetric characteristics of the India Gate. The two-building volumes have been articulated as two distinct elements united by a core and a striking façade in the central axis. The facade recreates a contemporary adaptation of the triumphant arch of the India Gate, that embraces with regality and through its form recreates the opulent yet welcoming aesthetic. On the one hand, detailed in dark glass panels and brass, the facade with its regal tonality recreates a sturdiness like the carved stones of India Gate as the rays of the sun reflect off it. On the other hand, the high-performance facade maximises pleasant daylight ingress with minimal heat gain and glare control to create comfortable indoor environments.
Though the tower acts as a climax to the axial Candor campus, it also marks the entry into an elegant yet opulent built environment. Inspired by the Taj Mahal’s ethos, the entrance lobby is a three-storied volume, with white marble walls that offer monumentality and grandeur to every visitor. Well-Designed and optimised, expansive floor plates with minimised space wastage create seamless, functional, and efficient spaces. The frequent use of marble to create textured walls along with recessed light fitting details make the interiors a contemporary manifestation of the Taj Mahal, while creating a clean and spotless interior finish.
The building design focuses on crafting experiences and maximum efficiency, with expansive green landscapes, a workspace that creates an experience like no other. Describing the same, architect Ricardo Bofill, Principal Chief Architect for Tower 11, shares, “Orientation through the building is always straightforward with no dark corners, no notches and no wasted corridors. The ground floor is a mix of marble lobbies in elegant white shades and overlooks a black mirror reflective water feature, with a lush garden all around. “We wanted to imbibe the quality of placemaking that historical public buildings offer, and therefore, the campus planning draws inspiration and learning from ancient planning techniques of the iconic Taj Mahal”, shares Alok Aggarwal, Managing Director and CEO, Brookfield Properties. Amalgamating tradition with modernity, with Tower 11 as the central focus, the axial planning adds monumentality and regality. The black glass reflection water body located in the foreground surrounded by lush greens modernises the ancient planning and cooling techniques while employing placemaking tools to generate a stimulating environment. The focus on linearity in shared spaces creates a sense of cohesive continuity with segregated vehicular and pedestrian circulation to define public areas. The water body also becomes the central pause point, cushioned by the surrounding landscape, and housed within the pedestrian thoroughfare.
The campus is equipped with amenities, ranging from curated retail, fitness centres, food courts and food outlets, coffee shops, banking facilities, creche facilities, all of which are distributed within the 30,000 sq. ft. amenities block. The ecology focuses on pedestrian mobility, the air, and the sounds that create a built environment that can inspire the end-user and open the mind to a depth of experiences.
The campus offering 4.5 M Sf of leasable area is designed with modern sensibilities to remain committed to the health and environment of the building occupants and the communities within which it operates, generating a larger positive impact. Drawing from most historical architecture that is environment-friendly, the campus is ecologically conscious with new-age technology and historical planning techniques to create a microclimate.
