Being Tusshar Dhaliwal & Archana Tomer had a dual celebration on Christmas Eve.
After having grand success of “Mrs India Universe 2017”, Grand finale recently at the castle Mewar Udaipur in Rajasthan, organised by Viscera events & models management, along with Archana Tomer creation.
Both Tusshar and Archana celebrated the event also have a great Christmas party with friends and media, winners Anisha Safaya -(Mrs India Universe 2017 universal),Vitika Chadda-(Mrs India Universe2017 earth), Neetu Khosla -(Mrs India Universe 2017 world), and singer Yash Wadali, actress Sagarika with well known Bollywood personality Rakesh Sabarwal and others.
Tusshar Dhaliwal, founder, is Managing director of Viscera event’s and models management, he said that is a unique show which will be giving social platform to married women’s and providing them national or international platform to explore their talent and Indian beauty too.
Archana Tomar, is president, she is Mrs Universe Generous, Mrs Universe North Central Asia, also director of Archana Tomar Creation and M.D of Tomar group. Archana Tomer said that she’s dedicated this event to encourage of woman empowerment and taking contestant from small town and giving them a good platform, also promote them in international pageant as she’s a national Director of Mrs Universe.

She is a merit rank holder in higher secondary board exams with academically strong record in her area of interests – Human Resources Management , Psychology & English Literature.
She’s born in Nagpur & brought up in Nagpur and Pune. Her father is a Banker (retired – AGM) & Mother is a homemaker. She is a passionate & trained in hindustani classical singer. She completed her Sangeet Visharad – vocal during her college days, keeps continuing to learn and pursue her interest in singing. Performed in India , Malaysia , Singapore & has sung one solo song composed by Akshay Avdhani, CD – released In 2015 September ” Advaitachi Gani ” album created by Maharashtra mandal Singapore.
She has also completed Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner by American Board of Neurolinguistic & programming by Mind Kinesis academy in Singapore. She is a go getter , ambitious and a dreamer she found her hidden passion towards fashion & glamour industry when she got an opportunity with ‘Mrs India Universe’ team by ‘Viscera & Archerz’, being her first ever pageant in India as a participant she learnt a lot & could shine in as one of the winners as “Earth 2017” & further got motivated to groom this facet of her personality. She feels grateful to Being Tusshar Dhaliwal & Mrs Archana Tomar for this grand platform which has been one of the biggest milestones in her career and personality, also Optimistic , a fun loving , go getter Mugdha is looking forward to serve the society & supporting to underprivileged children / old age homes. Being Tusshar Dhaliwal and Archana Tomer introducing Rumana Sinha Sehgal
The pursuit of the undiscovered and the passion to present to the word various art forms and artistes with a keen sense hb of social entrepreneurship, are the driving forces behind Serendipity and Rumana Sinha Sehgal. This multi-talented mother of two young boys, is an Engineer and was a corporate professional with Fortune 500 companies like Oracle & ADP. Rumana turned into an entrepreneur when she started Serendipity in 2012.
Rumana was also the Chairperson for the Young wing of Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India-Young COWE, supporting and mentoring young women entrepreneurs as they start off on their own. Additionally, Rumana also served on the Executive Board for COWE – the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs.
Rumana’s Serendipity specializes in Papier Mache, Furniture and articles made from recycled products like tyres, 3D art and sculptures made of varied materials like Plaster of Paris, Wood and Fibre Glass.
Her recent achievement was winning the Mrs India Universe International 2017 at the Mrs India Universe 2017 paegent.
Rumana is also interested in performing arts, her maiden production, Hyderabad Shuffle – a fusion of Jazz Music and Contemporary dance performed in Hyderabad in the summer of 2012.
Rumana also does event designing for Corporate, School and private events.
The Papier Mache furniture line was showcased at the COWE Trade Carnival in June 2013. Her 3D sculptures are also installed in one of Mumbai’s largest play centres, “Play Around”. She was also a key supporter of the well renowned Dr. Bhaktiar Choudhary’s photography exhibition in aid of “Friends of Snakes Society” at the Muse Art Gallery in Marriott Hyderabad.
She has actively contributed towards the social causes for ” Fight Against Rape” HIFW-season 4 and ” Save the Girl Child” at HIFW-2015 as part of their show to support the cause.
Over the years, Rumana has focused more on Social Entrepreneurship combined with encouraging young and upcoming artistes as they start their own artistic journeys.

Not all dreamers are winners, but all winners are dreamers. Your dream is the key to your future.You need a dream, if you’re going to succeed in anything you do. Here are some details about Jagriti Bahri in her own words, compiled by a senior journalist.
I am Jagriti Bahri, a qualified journalist, turned teacher now. I am passionate about singing, yoga, also have a craze for driving and yes, dream to serve the nation as a politician one day. Born in a small town in Himachal Pradesh, I grew with limited access to resources but always dreamt of making big in life. I was raised in a family where values and principles were sacrosanct. I met my soulmate Vivek in Delhi, after marriage I got the opportunity to live and visit many countries as his job involved travelling across the globe. This gave me exposure to multi-culture society and transformed me to be a flexible and adaptive being. I have been successful in raising a happy family and I attribute this success to my ability to plan, schedule and multi-task. Thanks to my supportive husband and two lovely kids, nothings seems impossible for me to achieve. My mother and mother-in-law have always been my role models and inspiration all along.
After my post-graduation in journalism, I set my eyes on being a journalist and landed in a job with “The Hindu”, a leading English daily in India. However, my desire for something more rewarding motivated me to pursue a degree in teaching and child psychology, I joined as a teacher at Amity International, a leading global education institute. I continue to teach in schools, online portals and at home. Now in London, I am targeting to gain additional qualification in SEND (Special Education Needs and Disability) that would enable me to serve differently abled children.
Teaching gave me a new purpose in life, through this experience, I realised that I could help make a tangible impact in the society. It’s teaching and early education of young ones that define the future of a society and for that matter of a country. I always wanted to serve the society and believe in equal education for boys and girls, this encouraged me to work closely with children of domestic helps and labourers at an leading NGO in Noida OM foundation.
My ultimate goal is to empower the girl child in India through education and making quality education available to children who are deprived of it. It is rightly said “educate a women, and you educate a family” I am confident that this platform will take me places and will prove to be catalyst in achieving my objectives to spread knowledge and awareness through quality education. On the other hand I want to take the initiative to spread awareness of potential threats of internet, social media for today’s youth.
I always had this underlying desire of walking the ramp in my “golden shoes”, after all these years today, my dream is a reality. I am honoured to be part of this promising and glorious platform Mrs. India Universe 2017, organised by Mrs Archana Tomer and Mr Tushar Dhaliwal. Am sure this platform would motivate every other married women to believe in themselves, to dream big and continue to follow their dreams. I believe that if you are being the same kind every day, you will never discover how amazing you could be, so wake up “Dare to Dream and Act” life is full of pleasant surprises!!
This journey of Mrs Jagriti Bahri from being Mrs Indiauk first runner up, to being winner of the title Mrs India Universe Globe 2017, was an out of the world journey and a dream come true . Not everyone gets to live it. She is fortunate she got and living it. Beauty pageants is not all about winning and wearing the crown 👑 . Anisha Safaya has been crowned as Mrs India Universe 2017 just a month ago. Earlier, she acclaimed two of the most important sub titles in the world of beauty pageants, Mrs. Catwalk in Mrs. India Universe 2017 and in Mrs. India UK 2017. Anisha is highly thankful to the organisers of Mrs. India Universe 2017, Mr. Tusshar Dhaliwal & Mrs. Archana Tomer for providing a worldwide platform to married women like her & an opportunity to compete at an international level enabling them to re-live their passion and dreams.
A proud daughter, a wife, a friend and a dedicated colleague; Anisha’s story of success from a staunch banker as Vice President of one of the world’s leading investment banks to Mrs. India Universe 2017 has been a rollercoaster ride, yet she fought back and kept moving, head held high, making a place for herself. She believes,“We grow, we evolve to the best version of us and reach to the stage where life stops its wrath on us, takes a break & smiles back. Anisha is married to a humble and intelligent man who is an amazing friend too. She feels blessed to be surrounded by trustworthy and caring friends and family. Above all, she has proud parents & her dad smiling at her from somewhere in the heavens thinking “My princess gave life her 100%”.
The values of compassion & kindness have shaped her life, for several years she has been helping disadvantaged children pursue school and university education; she believes that education empowers and puts them on a path leading to a better future. She believes that Mrs India Universe 2017 has provided her with a platform that will enable her to further these causes. Although, Anisha aims to continue to grow as a compassionate person, help others, however and wherever she can, at the same time she aims to grow professionally by furthering her successful career to new pinnacles.

It was a great evening of 17th September 2017, when a great function was held where celebration of successful event of Crown Launching of “Mrs India Universe 2017” was celebrated, at ‘Bollywood Adda Lounge’ in Andheri west near Fun Republic. The event was organised by ‘Being Tushar Dhaliwal’ and ‘Archana Tomar’.

Ruchi Narula after “Archerz Mrs India 2017” ready to fly.
Ruchi Narula who become the proud winner of “Archerz Mrs India 2017” recently few months back after a tough competition of hundreds of contestants, is now ready to a long jump as Archana Tomar and Tushhar Dhaliwal gave her chance to represent India in “Mrs Universe 2017” which is going to be held in Durban, South Africa very soon in August. Also Ruchi Narula is Jury for ‘Miss & Mrs North India 2017’ going to be held in New Delhi soon. Ruchi has covered a long journey to achieve this position, since 21 years ago she won her first tittle of ‘Miss Fresher’, she has always participated enthusiastically every contest whichever was a part.
A Ludhiana girl Ruchi got her match in Sandeep Narula from Patiala, she feels herself very lucky as her husband Sandeep always keep her motivating and encouraging so that she can follow her passion besides taking care of the family, she got a huge welcome party from her friends and colleagues after winning “Archerz Mrs India 2017” crown.
Ruchi said “I never thought of participating in the contest, but my beloved husband provoked me to try my luck, as I was chosen “Winter Queen” few days before at Elite Club in Patiala, my husband’s belief in me helped me to win this title of “Archerz Mrs India 2017”. Now Ruchi is getting geared up to participate in Mrs Universe Contest in Durban city of South Africa in August 2017.
Her two children’s son Ekansh (19 years) and daughter Suhana (17 years), keep her always in joyful mood and also are first critics on her looks, boutique owner Leena who is her sister also helps her in costume.

Himani Deshwal, journey from Engineer to “Mrs Universe East Asia 2017”
Himani Deshwal born in 1986 hails from Bijnore from Uttar Pradesh. Beside coming from a Jat community, her family was quiet broadminded to provide her good education, and fulfil her all desire, because of which she was able to complete her graduation in B.Tech from Mechanical Engineering from J S S Noida Collage, after which she started her carrier as designer engineer in Terex Vectra Equipment Pvt Ltd.
Soon Himani got married to her dream person Ravi Deshwal who is also a engineer by profession, and later on soon become proud mother of two kids, a boy and a girl. Himani’s journey in glamour field started when with support of her husband Ravi, she took part in ‘Mrs India Earth 2016’, where she won the title of ‘Mrs Stylish Diva 2016’, this award paved her way in ‘Archerz Mrs India’ in 2017 and she won it, after which Archana Tomar and Tushhar Dhaliwal gave her chance to represent India in “Mrs Universe 2017” as “Himani Deshwal Mrs Universe East Asia 2017” which is going to be held in Durban, South Africa very soon in August. Himani is lucky to become first female to come from Uttar Pradesh to represent India in such a big platform of “Mrs Universe”.
Besides this Himani is very active in social activities through her organization, by helping others in their need, she also loves dancing, singing and sketching passionately. Himani Deshwal is also one of the face of ‘Aesthetic International Coffee Table Book’.
Priyanka Pol a Memorable Journey from Air Hostess to Beauty Peagent.
Priyanka Pol who is currently “Mrs Universe North West Asia 2017” and is going very shortly to Durban City in South Africa to participate for Mrs Universe between 79 countries is on verge of setting a new trend in field of models and crew members of inflight services. It is quite interesting fact to know that famous actress Mallika Sherawat was a air hostess with Jet Airways before, socialites Maureen Wadia wife of Nusli Wadia (Chairman of Wadia Group) was a air hostess with Air India before, Parmeshwar Godrez, Neha Saxena of Star Plus also were with Air India, actress Akanksha Puri, Sunita Ashutosh Gowarikar, and Sameera Vijay Mallaya all were airhostess and mostly with Air India.
So it is not surprising that after completing her education and after becoming Interior designer, she joined Air India as cabin crew member, air hostess and continued to work for nine years. Meanwhile as she was passionately interested in physical fitness she is also a certified trainer and still keeps training sessions.
Priyanka says it is not an easy job to participate in Mrs Universe as you need lots of grooming, fitness, general knowledge, your attitude everything is considered, she added she believes in physical fitness not in zero figure thus she is currently into ramp walk and modelling, she has been showstopper for many ramp shows like ‘Mrs India 2016’, ‘Mrs Body Perfect 2016’, ‘Mrs Bold And Beautiful 2017’, ‘Mrs India International 2017’ and many more.

Curtain Raised for Mrs India Universe, and Crowning of Mrs Universe Ceremony with Tushaar & Archana.
Sunday 11th June 2017, during cricket match between India and South Africa, a great function was held where curtain was raised for “Mrs India Universe” titles organised by Being Tushar Dhaliwal and Archana Tomar. It is founded by Tushar Dhaliwal, Archana Tomar is President and Manish Luthra is in board of Director. Also crowning for ‘Mrs Universe’ was held, where Ruchi Narula was crowned as Mrs Universe Eurasia 2017, Priyanka Pol as Mrs Universe North West Asia 2017, Himani Deswal as Mrs Universe East Asia 2017 and Anjali Rajput as Mrs Universe Asia Queen 2017. Also ‘Archerz Mrs India 2017’ success party was celebrated on the occasion.
Among guests present on the occasion were Shibani Kashyap, Preeti Soni, Brinda Pareekh, Akanksha Nimonkar, Kuwar Amar, Rakesh Sabharwal, Alina Mughal, Paulson Thomas, Mukesh Sharma, Keshav, Sonal Lamba, Sonal Handa, Diljaan Wadia, D J Sherwood and Sohail Khan and lots of media person. Along with crowning party went on full mood when India defeated South Africa.
