Gurgaon, Oct 27 :It was a special day for all music lovers in Gurgaon when Ragaaz Music Academy presented a performance by two talented Hindustani Classical artists Fareed Hasan Khan and Mohd. Amaan Khan in Ragaaz Utsav 2021. These fine classical performers have gained huge acclaim after their famous jugalbandi – GarajGaraj in TV series ‘Bandish Bandits’. The two performers mesmerized the audience with their songs.

“Ragaaz Utsav 2021 which was the 3^rd anniversary of Ragaaz Music Academy & featured more than 60 students of the academy on stage. Celebrity children artists like Biren Dang and Khushi Nagar also performed. Ragaaz Utsav-2021 was our annual function where best of the students performed on stage.” Said Aparna Bhattacharya, director Ragaaz Music Academy.

“The academy is known for its social outreach and helping deserving artists and students, so we also made an announcement of yearly scholarship for free of cost music learning for some deserving underprivileged students.” Added Aparna Bhattacharya.

Ragaaz, with its vision to cater to all age groups and helping people not only to relive their dreams but achieve excellence in music, has served more than 1000 students in the last 3 years.

The program was attended by Smt. Madhu Azad, hon Mayor of Gurgaon who was the chief guest. Sh. Sudeep Jain, Senior Deputy Election Commissioner, Smt. Alka Singh, Principal Blue Bells Model School and Sangeet Guru Shri Sudhanshu Bahuguna ji who has trained numerous artists including Kailash Kher were the guests’ of honour.

Madhu Azad congratulated the academy and said “ It is heartening to see promotion of Hindustani classical music, which is our cultural heritage,by our local people. This kind of platforms not only promote local artists but also create space for professional artists to come and perform in Gurgaon and add to the cultural exchange at local level.”

Sr. Deputy Election Commissioner expressed his views and encouraged woman entrepreneur Ms Aparna Bhattacharya, Founder director Ragaaz Music Academy and said It is very encouraging to see that despite the tough time of pandemic women entrepreneurs have shown real metal and have been able to pull off such great shows.

The main organizer Ms Aparna Bhattacharya, director Ragaaz Music Academy felicitated Ms Madhu Azad, Mayor Gurgaon and other guests of honour of the evening.

Singer & Actor Ayaana Khan’s upcoming romantic music video which features actor Zain Imam will be dropping on 28th October 2021. The music is a combination of Indie-Punjabi music and was shot in the beautiful locations of Armenia. The music video is directed by well-known singer and director Ramji Gulati.

While speaking about the song. Singer Ayaana Khan explained, “It is like a dream come true marking my debut as a singer in the music industry, I and my whole team are looking forward to the launch of the song and hoping the audience and music lovers love it too. I would also like to express a big thank you to the director Ramji Gulati who trusted me.”

In the music video ‘Promise’, Ayaana is seen expressing her feelings to the Zain in the element of a song which is sung by the singer Ayaana Khan. Debut Singer Ayaana Khan and TV Actor Zain Imam are seen playing the roles of the star-crossed lover in the Indie-Punjabi music video ‘Promise’.

The music video will be released on Zee Music’s official Youtube channel and is produced by Ajit Bapu Satam under the banner of Chetan Films and lyrics beautifully penned by Mooddy Akkhar.

GlitterZ Pageants presents Queen Of Mumbai 2021- Season 3, in association with Jyovis , held at mumbai press club on 24th Oct 2021, in presence of the Hon. May. The companies spent a whooping price on the deal, which is supposed to be the highest amount ever paid for music rights down South. Released in five different languages, Banaras marks the debut of Zaid Khan and Sonal Monteiro as the leading lady.

Muhammed Cengic Ambassador of Bosnia.

Ram Gopal Varma – the man behind gangster and ganglord films like Satya, Company and the Sarkar series has released the title track of his film aptly named Khatra.
As RGV treads in to dangerous territory with an eponymous film called Dangerous – the film is being billed as India’s 1st lesbian crime/action/love story since the Supreme Court annulled section 377, thus making same-sex relationships legitimate. The film features beauty queens Naina Ganguly and Apsara Rani in the lead in the Tricky Media Production of the Ram Gopal Varma offering.

Khatra is billed as the most erotic song ever from RGV’s stable which includes his like Sapne Mein Milti Hai, Rangeela Re and Hai Rama and it does not feature a male hero.

एसबीआई होम लोन्स की ओर से पुणे में सबसे बड़े व भव्य प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो का आयोजन

रेज़ीडेंशियल प्रॉपर्टी बाज़ार में घरों की बढ़ती मांग को देखते हुए रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर ख़रीदारों को नई व आकर्षक योजनाओं के ज़रिए लुभाने की कोशिशों में जुटे हैं, जिससे बाज़ार के तेज़ी से बढ़ने की संभावनाएं पहले से कई गुना बढ़ गईं हैं. ख़रीदारों को स्थिरता व निजी ज़रूरतों के हिसाब से घर उपलब्ध कराने को प्राथमिकता देने के अलावा अभूतपूर्व रूप से कम ब्याज दरों  पर ऋण उपलब्ध कराने और त्यौहारों पर दी जानेवाली आकर्षक छूट पर ज़ोर दिया जा रहा है.

इस आयोजन के बारे में एसबीआई के एक प्रवक्ता कहते हैं, “पुणे की रियल एस्टेट इंडस्ट्री की ओर से उपभोक्ताओं को उनकी इच्छानुसार निवेश करने और घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुकों को उनका ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट दिलाने के लिए सुनहरा मौका उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है. ग़ौरतलब है कि बहुसंख्य रियल एस्टेट विशेषज्ञ ख़रीदारों को प्रॉपर्टी ख़रीदने में देरी नहीं करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं. एसबीआई प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो में सभी तरह की उपभोक्ताओं की ज़रूरतों और उनकी जीवनशैली के मद्देनज़र विभिन्न प्रकार व आकार के घर ख़रीदने के विकल्प उपलब्ध होंगे. घरों के लोकेशन से लेकर ईएमआई की आसान किश्तों तक सभी तरह के विशेष प्रावधान किये गये हैं. एक्सपो में शामिल होनेवाले तमाम डेवलपर अच्छी पृष्ठभूमि से ताल्लुक रखते हैं. उल्लेखनीय है कि एसबीआई हमेशा से ही उपभोक्ताओं की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देता रहा है.”

घरों की बिक्री संबंधी बाज़ार की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, देश के 7 प्रमुख शहरों में घरों की बिक्री में 113% का इज़ाफ़ा हुआ है. ख़रीदारों व निवेशकों के सकारात्मक रुख़ और विकासशील बाज़ार के तेज़ी से खुलने की प्रक्रिया के चलते इसमें और अधिक बढ़ोत्तरी की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है.

इस संबंध में एसबीआई के एक प्रवक्ता कहते हैं, “एसबीआई प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो से कई तरह की उम्मीदें की जा सकती हैं. घर से ही काम (वर्क फ्रॉम होम) करने के मद्देनज़र बड़े व विशाल आकार के घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुकों के लिए इस एक्सपो में विभिन्न प्रकार की प्रॉपर्टी उपलब्ध हैं. इसके अलावा, इस एक्सपो में शामिल होनेवाले उपभोक्ताओं को हमारी तरफ़ से किफ़ायती ब्याज़ दरों का लाभ दिया जाएगा. निश्चित तौर पर ये घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुक लोगों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान लाने की एक बेहतरीन कोशिश है. प्लॉट व साइट की ख़रीद, घरों के निर्माण, फ़्लैट व बने-बनाए घर की ख़रीदने को लेकर एसबीआई से ऋण हासिल किया जा सकता है. इसके अतिरिक्त, टॉप-अप लोन अथवा अन्य बैंकों से गृह ऋण को एसबीआई में शिफ़्ट करने का भी विशेष प्रावधान है. इन तमाम सुविधाओं के माध्यम से उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ पहुंचाने का पूरा ख़्याल रखा जा रहा है.”

उल्लेखनीय है कि एक्सपो‌ में शामिल होकर ज़ीरो प्रोसेसिंग चार्ज का लाभ उठाया जा सकता है. इतना ही नहीं, अपने नाम पर ऋण लेनेवाली महिलाएं ब्याज दर में छूट भी पा सकती हैं. प्री-पेमेंट करने पर किसी भी तरह की पैनेलिटी नहीं लगाने का भी विशेष प्रावधान किया गया है. इसके अलावा, रोज़ाना घटते बैलेंस के आधार पर ब्याज लेने की भी व्यवस्था की गई है.

उपभोक्ता प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजाना संबंधी लाभ उठाने के साथ-साथ CBIL स्कोर पर आधारित किफ़ायती ब्याज दर पा सकते हैं. महाराष्ट्र में घर ख़रीदनेवाली महिलाओं को इस वित्तीय वर्ष से एक फ़ीसदी कम स्टैम्प ड्यूटी भरने का भी लाभ दिया जा रहा है. चाहे ऋण की राशि कितनी भी क्यों न हो, YONO प्लेटफॉर्म के ज़रिए भी एसबीआई के ऋण‌ के लिए अर्ज़ी दी जा सकती है.

The designers who all brought enthusiasm and excitement to the show were  Gursimran who presented the range influenced by the flora and fauna from Czech Republic, Tanya Chug opted for USA, Harshita Singh presented her collection where inspiration was from  Egypt, Neha Bhadauria decided from  Germany, Akshita range was influenced by Iceland, Vishakha Kesharwani researched on Czech Republic, Shruti Bhardwaj showed us the collection from Maldives, Anwesha Mishra finalized her collection influenced from Iraq, and other designers from Diploma courses planned  India collection.

The impact of Coronavirus on the Indian real estate sector was stifling to the point that it brought property transactions to a near-halt last year when the nation went into a complete lockdown between March and June 2020. Since then, the market has taken several strides towards recovery, and just when it seemed the revival was not far, the country was struck by another wave of the virus, this time, far more fatal. However, with an aggressive vaccination drive across India, the real estate sector has now started showing signs of sustainable recovery. To cash on this revival of the real estate market, SBI, India’s largest bank is back with the SBI Property Expo 2021 at Mahalaxmi Lawn in Karve Nagar, Pune.

Touted to be the best time to invest in a house in Pune, a property expo of this size is believed to make an impact on the Real Estate as well as the home loan market as major builders and developers from across Pune are under one roof to facilitate the market.

“We believe this is the perfect time to take an initiative and host an expo which will create the much-needed boost to the home loan market,” says Ajay Kumar Singh, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Maharashtra Circle. After a slump in the property market due to COVID-19 and its repercussions, the organizers believes it is the right time to invest in a house in Pune. He adds, “We have many enablers to offer to our customers this festive season including a hefty reduction in the rate of interest to 6.70% depending on eligibility. SBI has also waived off the processing fee!”Apart from the mentioned offers, the bank also provides the longest tenure (i.e. 30 years). “We are also the nodal bank for the PMAY scheme.” The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is Indian government’s flagship initiative for affordable housing.

A lot of human service in the covid period. Farukh Khan, who has started this unique initiative and announced the opening of 100 such Mother Care Centers. He said that in many backward areas of the country, pregnant women still do not get immediate and better medical facilities. Many times it happens that a woman who carries a child in her womb for 9 months is not able to see him alive. That he would open 100 maternity centers across the country.This mother project was inaugurated by Farukh Khan himself in the presence of his parents.

Farukh Khan further informed that with the support of Manish Bhai, the first center of this Mother Project is opening in Panvel on 18th October.

Farukh Khan has Directed and Produced this lovely music video. गीत इंटरटेनमेंट और पी डी आर फिल्म्स के बैनर तले  निर्मातद्वय सतीश विजय शंकर सिंह व प्रियंका सिंह द्वारा बनाई जा रही भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘गंगा की गौरी’ का भब्य मुहूर्त समारोह अंधेरी मुम्बई स्थित ऑस्कर हॉल में फेडरेशन ऑफ वेस्टर्न इंडिया सिने एम्प्लॉयज (एफडब्लूआइसीई) के प्रेसिडेंट बी एन तिवारी की उपस्थिति में सम्पन्न हुआ। नारी सशक्तीकरण की आवाज को बुलंद करती इस भोजपुरी फिल्म के लेखक निर्देशक राजेन्द्र कुमार वर्मा, छायाकार राहुल सक्सेना, एक्शन डायरेक्टर हीरा यादव, संगीतकार अमन श्लोक, गीतकार राजेन्द्र वर्मा, नृत्य निर्देशक कानू मुखर्जी, प्रोडक्शन कंट्रोलर संजीव सिंह और कार्यकारी निर्माता निखिल पाटिल हैं। मौजूदा दौर में  प्रशासनिक कुव्यस्था व भ्रष्टाचार को झेल रही जनता को जागरूक करने के साथ साथ स्वस्थ मनोरंजन प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से बनाई जा रही इस फिल्म के मुख्य कलाकार प्रमोद प्रेमी, पाखी हेगड़े, अनारा गुप्ता, बालेश्वर सिंह, अनिल शर्मा, शहज़ाद खान, उमेश मौर्या, अंजली गुप्ता, झील इदरीश, नीलम पाण्डेय, अंजली मिश्रा, माधुरी पाण्डेय, जोगेन्दर, हीरा यादव, उदय भगत, अजित झा और विनोद चौरसिया हैं।

सिनेदर्शकों के टेस्ट को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस फिल्म की कथावस्तु में रोमांस, एक्शन, कॉमेडी और ट्रेजडी का भी समावेश किया गया है।

नारीत्व का जश्न मनाने के लिए विश्व बिंदी दिवस पर जारी किया गया वैश्विक संगीतमय वीडियो ‘बिंदी’

नारी सशक्तिकरण का प्रतीक है ‘बिंदी’ कर्मन्ये क्रिएशंस यूएस आधारित एक मीडिया समूह है। जिसने भारतीय सभ्यता में ‘बिंदी’ के महत्व समझने की एक पहल शुरू की है। कुछ एनआरआई भारतीयों ने महिलाओं के माथे की शोभा बढ़ाने वाली ‘बिंदी’ यानी कि डॉट के बारे में एक म्यूजिकल वीडियो के माध्यम से बताया है कि ये डॉट बिंदी भारतीय नारी का एक गहना भी है। ये म्यूजिक वीडियो बिंदी यूएस में बहुत पॉपुलर भी हो चुका है।

ये म्यूजिक वीडियो सांग बिंदी इस नवरात्रि के दौरान सोशल मीडिया पर डाला गया था, जिसे दर्शकों का भरपूर प्यार और आशीर्वाद प्राप्त हुआ है। इस संगीतमय वीडियो में डॉ सोनल मानसिंह, माता राज्यलक्ष्मी, मालिनी अवस्थी, अरुणा भट्ट, अनुषा श्रीनिवासन अय्यर, सिमरन कौर मुंडी, मंजरी फडनीस, न्यारा बनर्जी, रागिनी द्विवेदी, आंचल द्विवेदी, कायनात अरोड़ा, शिबानी कश्यप, निवेदिता बसु ने परफॉर्म किया है। इस बिंदी सांग को श्वेता पंडित ने गाया है। और इसे कंपोज हृदय गट्टानी ने किया है, वही खूबसूरत  बिंदी सांग को शिवांगी तिवारी ने लिखा है।

वीडियो का निर्माण कर्मन्ये क्रिएशंस और शिल्पी श्रीवास्तव के द्वारा किया गया है। इसमें विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अपनी अद्भुत पकड़ रखने वाली महिलाओं को फीचर किया गया है।   इस वीडियो सांग के माध्यम से वैश्विक अपील की गई है कि पूरी दुनिया में महिलाएं बिंदी को धारण करे, क्योंकि ये बिंदी महिला सशक्तिकरण और उनके गर्व का प्रतीक है।

WorldBindiDay.org द्वारा संयुक्त राष्ट्र को आधिकारिक तौर पर विश्व बिंदी दिवस नामित करने के लिए एक पत्र भेजा गया है।

विश्व बिंदी दिवस की अवधारणा की कल्पना पिछले साल कुछ एनआरआई द्वारा की गई थी, जब यह निर्णय लिया गया था कि इस खूबसूरत अवधारणा के लिए पवित्र दिन नवरात्रि की शुरुआत होनी चाहिए, जो महिला सशक्तिकरण और समाज में उनके महत्व पर जोर देती है।

कर्मन्ये क्रिएशंस के अंनत श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि  वर्ल्ड बिंदी डे की परिकल्पना पिछले वर्ष कुछ एनआरआई द्वारा की गई थी और तब ये निर्णय लिया गया था कि हर साल नवरात्रि के शुभावसर पर बिंदी दिवस को मनाया जाए, क्योंकि नवरात्रि के पवित्र दिन में ही इसकी महत्वता को समझाया जा सकता है। नवरात्रि के नौ दिन महिला सशक्तिकरण और समाज मे इनके महत्व को बखूबी समझा सकते हैं। कर्मन्ये क्रिएशंस का इस सांग को बनाने का मकसद केवल एक ही है कि बिंदी शब्द को पूरी दुनिया में उनको उसका दर्ज मिल जाए। और इसे हर महिला के साथ साझा किया जा सके। और महिलाओं की शान का प्रतीक है बिंदी। इसके अलावा अगले वर्ष हम और ज्यादा महिलाओं को लेकर कुछ और सांग रिलीज करेंगे। जिसमें इस बार की अपेक्षा और ज्यादा महिलाओं को फीचर किया जाएगा। इसमें कई फिल्मी सितारों, सोशल वर्करों और महत्वपूर्ण महिलाओं वीडियो सांग में लिया जाएगा ।

गाने की गायिका श्वेता पंडित ने कहा कि मैं इस सांग के कॉन्सेप्ट से बहुत प्रभावित हुआ। मैं खुद  को इस सांग से जुड़ा महसूस कर रही हूं क्योंकि मैं भी तो एक महिला हूं ये सांग सभी महिलाओं को पसंद आएगा। क्योंकि ये गाना भारतीय महिलाओं के माथे की बिंदी का वर्णन बहुत ही सक्रियता के साथ कर रहा है ।

The 880th anniversary of the great poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi will be celebrated in 2021.Today’s event is dedicated to this great poet as ‘love peace and unity through Art and Culture’ is the theme of our festival also,” said Sandeep Marwah President of festival and Chair for Indo Azerbaijan Film and Cultural Forum on the second day of 5^th Global Fashion and Design Week at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida addressing to the film, media & fashion fraternity from all over India.

“Our rich literature is well-known all over the world, and we can be rightly proud of our great poets. Nezāmi is considered the greatest romantic epic poet. I am happy that here in India we are celebrating the 880th anniversary of the birth of Nizami which goes well with great international event of art. I am thankful to ICMEI and Indo Azerbaijan Film and Cultural Forum for highlighting our literature with fashion today,” said H.E. Ashraf Shikhaliyev Ambassador of Azerbaijan to India in the capacity of Chief Guest appreciating the quality of work presented by designers.

An impressive show was presented by young designers Kratika Manglik & Liza Garg who took the inspiration and designed for Azerbaijan, Ayushi Shukla also finalized her country Azerbaijan, whereas Sharik also had deep interest in designing for Azerbaijan. Atul Raj opted for Bulgaria, Hirdya Goel went out of way to design for China, Jahanvi Gupta preferred fiji, Sakshi Agarwal took ideas from Morocco, Nandani loved to do for Cyprus and Sadaf Khan & Ayus Negi set for India mentored by AAFT School of Fashion and Design informed Ritu Lal Director AAFT School of Fashion and Design.

Later Sheetal Sharma Secretary Delhi Chapter of Public Relation Society of India, Richa Mehta renowned Model and Entrepreneur, Roli Tripathi President Indi Royal Queen and Shivani Sharma renowned Designer also spoke on the occasion. Sandeep Marwah presented festival memento to the dignities. A dairy designed by Ketan Sharma was released by the guests.
