IAWA मुंबई ने महिला सशक्तिकरण की पेश की नई मिसाल, कैंसर पीड़ितों को समर्पित सौंदर्य प्रतियोगिता करवा कर जीता पंजाब का दिल। मुम्बई कि प्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्री दलजीत कौर ने स्टेज को सम्भला।
मुंबई की NGO इनेवेटिव आर्टिस्ट वैल्फेयर एसोसिएशन (IAWA) ने महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिऐ केंसर के खिलाफ अब पंजाब में कदम रखा है । देश-विदेश में प्रसिद्ध IAWA की तरफ से इसी क्रम में कैंसर पीडि़तों को समर्पित मिस एंड मिसेज पंजाब ब्यूटी पैजेंट का आयोजन लुधियाना के होटल फ्रैंडज रिजेंसी में किया गया। IAWA की अध्यक्षा व बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री डा. दलजीत कौर जो 200 से अधिक टीवी सीरियल व फिल्मों में काम कर चुकी हैं व पंजाब की एंबेसडर डा. तनुजा तनु के संरक्षण में आयोजित इस इवेंट में डिप्टी कमिश्नर सुरभि मलिक के अस्वस्थ होने कारण ADC अनीता दर्शी बतौर मुख्यातिथि पधारे । विशेषातिथियों में महिला सशक्तिकरण की शानदार मिसाल पदम् श्री अवार्डी श्रीमती रजनी बैक्टर, चरॉजीत कोर,रामपाल सैनी, शो के मुख्य स्पॉंसर एस्ट्रोवाला के डायरेक्टर आचार्या अनु भुटानी चौहान व डा. मनदीप चौहान के अलावा डा. भुपिंद्र सिंह, डॉ सोनी, डॉ सिंह दयानंद हॉस्पिटल के हेड ऑफ द डिपार्ट से कैंसर के बारे जानकारी दी ,पूर्व मिस इंडिया निहारिका होनाकेरी, पूर्व पॉपुलर क्ववीन ऑफ यूनिवर्स लीना होनाकेरी आदि उपस्थित हुए । कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत शुरूआत रवलीन कौर ने गणेश वंदना पर प्रस्तुति देकर की । इस दौरान IAWA की अध्यक्ष डा. दलजीत कौर ने संस्था के उद्देश्यों की जानकारी दी । ज्यूरी का कार्यभार समाजसेविका, लेखिका व मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर डा. तनुजा तनु , वोलकेनो डांस एकेडमी के अरूण खतरी, अुन चौहान भुटानी, दिल्ली से आई IAWA की पूर्व मिस विजेताओं लीना व रवलीन कौर ने संभाला
इस प्रतियोगिता के लिए वेबसाइट के जरिए लगभग 100 से ज्यादा एंट्रीज आईं जिन में से जालंधर, मुकेरियां, होशियारपुर, संगरूर, लुधियाना, फगवाड़ा, पठानकोट, कपूरथला व अमृतसर की 20 से अधिक फाइनलिस्ट का चुनाव किया गया । इवेंट की खास बात यह रही कि शो में स्कूल प्रिंसीपल, टीचर, बिजनेस वूमेन, जर्नलिस्ट, गृहणियों व आम फ्रैशर प्रतिभागियों ने रैंप पर जलवे बिखेरे और कैंसर जागरूकता, घरेलू हिंसा के खिलाफ व महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए काम करने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई। शो में तीन अलग-अलग कैटेगरी में फर्स्ट, सैकेंड व थर्ड विनर का चुनाव किया गया। इसके अलावा सब टाइटल विनर भी निकाले गए । शो में जालंधर की आर.बी. के सिर मिस IAWA पंजाब का ताज सजा जबकि दूसरे साथ पर जान्हवी बिट्ठल और तीसरे नंबर पर सिमरनजात कौर रही। मिस क्लासिक कैटागिरी में आशा भारती विनर रही जबकि अमृतसर की सिंपल छाबड़ा दूसरे स्थान पर रही। इसी तरह IAWA मिसेज पंजाब का क्राऊन बहारदीप के सिर सजा जबकि होशियापुर की डा. ज्योति खन्ना दूसरे व सिल्की शर्मा तीसरे स्थान पर रहीं। मिसेज क्लासिक कैटागिरी में दिपावली पोपली प्रथम, लुधियाना की नीलू ठाकुर दूसरे व दिल्ली की अंजू कुंद्रा तीसरे स्थान पर रहीं । विजेता प्रतिभागियों को क्राऊन, ट्राफी, टाइटल व गिफ्ट देकर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में टीन गर्ल इप्सा वर्मा शो स्टॉपर बनी। इस दौरान मंच पर कैंसर सर्वाइवर्स ने अपने अनुभव सांझा किए व IAWA की पूर्व विजेता प्रतिभागियों के साथ रैंप वॉक करके शो की शान बढ़ाई।
बता दें कि IAWA मुंबई बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री डा.दलजीत कौर के मार्गदर्शन में कलाकारों के उत्थान के अलावा समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में भी बढ़चढ़ कर काम कर रही हैं। दलजीत कौर एक अभिनेत्री, समाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं जो की पूर्व मिसेज इंडिया-2015 एवम मिसेज यूनिवर्स पॉपुलर-2016 खिताब जीत चुकी है। देश के विभिन्न शहरों में IAWA मुंबई द्वारा 2015 से मिस एंड मिसिस इंडिया इवेंट आयोजित करवाए जाते रहे हैं। IAWA पंजाब की एंबेसडर व जालंधर की लेखिका, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता व मोटीवेशनल स्पीकर डा. तनुजा तनु के सहयोग से पहली बार मिस एंड मिसेज पंजाब इवेंट लुधियाना में किया गया है। पंजाब में इस इवेंट करवाने का उद्देश्य भी घेरलू हिंसा, कैंसर के खिलाफ व नारी सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ाने के लिए जागरुकता पर काम करना है।

AMARCINE PRODUCTION organised their second virtual Beauty Pageant IAWA MISS INDIA 2020 successfully after conducting IAWA MRS INDIA virtually. This pandemic has made everyone connect each other via internet, Films getting direct releases, musical events also now as virtual concerts.
While most of the beauty pageants have got cancelled this year owing to the coronavirus pandemic. IAWA IAWA had put the entry process online to make it as easy as possible to reach more contestants through out the country. There was no regional auditions, no travel. This was hugely successful where in IAWA INDIA received a record number of entries than last year.
There is lots of panic around due to Covid 19, but AMARCINE PRODUCTION made sure to create awareness for Covid 19 through this Beauty Pageant, Contestants were trained not like a typical Beauty pageant instead, they were trained to become women’s champions and savvy career women with 10 days online grooming in various sectors.
IAWA NGO (Innovative Artist Welfare Association), organization is already working for women empowerment and their development since last 8 years in India and abroad. AMARCINE PRODUCTION took initiative to organise world’s first online beauty pageant for Indian women namely IAWA MISS. India 2020 and IAWA Miss. Quarantine Princess 2020.There were total 800 entries for the contests from each and every part of India. After passing through various challenges only 20 lucky girls got selected for finale. Finale was held online on 20th September 2020. It was a 10 days celebration where all these finalist worked towards number of social awareness campaign when the whole world was moving towards stress, but IAWA INDIA engaged them on working for 10 different task on Covid 19, domestic violence, save girl child, breast and cervix cancer, fashion, etc.
This competition was live broadcasted through social media.Each and every stage of this contest was live on International level. The event was judged by Mubarkka Lokhandwala a social activist and Actor Mikki Koomar & Venisha Gooriah Jugnarain from Mauritius a soft skill trainer.These contestant’s were trained by Dr Daljeet Kaur continued with many guest lectures on motivational speaker, makeup expert, skin care etc. Winners were felicitated with a Diamond pendant by FOCE and other Gifts were sponsored by JOVEES, Stella hair care and immunity booster by Ayurvita
Joya Sapam from Manipur stood WINNER of IAWA MISS INDIA 2020. 1st runner is Susmita Sapam from Manipur and Niharika Honakeri from Dharwad.2nd runner Shilpa V from Chennai, 3rd runner up Meena Rai from Kalimpong. Shilpa V won the crown of Quarantine PRINCESS with highest online votes from Chennai.

सोशल मीडिया के जरिये यह प्रतियोगिता लाइव किया गया। इस के जज मुबारक्क लोखंडवाला सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता, एक्टर मिक्की कुमार एवं वेनिशा गूरिअह जुगनारें मॉरीशस रहे। इनकी ट्रेनिंग डॉ दलजीत कौर ने किया, कई विषयों पर गेस्ट लेक्चर हुए। विजेताओ को फोसे द्वारा डायमंड पेन्डेन्ट दिया गया, जोवीस, स्टेला हेयर केअर व आयुर्विटा की इममुनिटी बूस्टर के तोहफे दिए गए।

.With this idea Amarcine conducted their beauty pageant IAWA MRS INDIA 2020 with Quarantine Queen 2020 successfully online virtually. While most of the beauty pageants have got canceled this year owing to the coronavirus pandemic.
IAWA had put the entry process online to make it as easy as possible to reach more contestants through out the country. There was no regional auditions, no travel. This was hugely successful where in they received a record number of entries than last year.
Despite the lockdown that the country is observing currently, they moved forward to Organise the first ever VIRTUAL PAGEANT online IAWA MRS INDIA 2020 and QUARANTINE QUEEN 2020 and made it an entertaining event for everyone. Contestants were trained not like a typical pageant contestant, instead, they were trained to become women’s rights champions and savvy career women with 13 days online grooming in various sectors.
IAWA (Innovative Artist Welfare Association), organization is already working for women empowerment and their development since last 8 years in India and abroad. It is one of the world’s first online beauty pageant for Indian women namely IAWA Mrs. India 2020 and IAWA Mrs. India Quarantine Queen 2020 during this corona lockdown time. There were total 600 entries for the contests form each and every part of India. After passing through various challenges only 20 lucky women get selected for finale. During those 20 finalists .Finale was held online on 2nd august. It was a 13 days celebration where all these finalist were so busy in this pandamic, when the whole world was moving towards stress but IAWA engaged them on working for 12 different task on Covid 19, domestic violence, save girl child, breast and cervix cancer, fashion, cooking etc.
This competition was live broadcasted by facebook in entire world. Each and every stage of this contest was live international.The event was judged by Mubarkka Lokhandwala a social activist and multitasking queen, Pankaj Raina a actor/singer and Harjeet Anand Governer Aid Rotary Club. All 13 videos were judged by Konika Khuraijam from Imphal, Leena Honakari from Karnataka and Dr VV Manjula from Andhra Pradesh.These contestant’s were trained by Dr Daljeet Kaur continued with many guest lectures on motivational speaker, makeup expert, skin care etc. Winners were felicitated with a diamond pendant by FOCE and other Gifts were sponsored by JOVEES, LOOKSHERBAL, Da picani, Ayurvita.
Maya kuki won QUARANTINE QUEEN 2020 with the highest votes online from Jharkhand.1st Runner in quarantine queen Babycha Achumi from Imphal and 2 nd Runner khyati from Gujrat.

IAWA super model 2020 a show with a cause to create awareness against Acid attack and help Victims to motivate and provide them financial aids for their treatment. Out of 300 entries top 25 were choosen. Iawa president Daljeet Kaur Mrs Universe, a social activist and an actress, groomed these contestants to enter in the field of Acting. Q1:How does it feel to receive the POPULAR QUEEN OF UNIVERSE 2019 title? Has the feeling sunk in yet?
Ans:- To win the title of popular Queen of Universe 2019 makes me feel really proud and its like a dream come true to me, I don’t think there could be anything better than that. Also its very hard to believe in it, because at times I got back to the time where I was just in college and use to attend regular lectures and now I am here, it’s a complete new experience altogether. I really look forward to what happens next, and yeah the feeling hasn’t sunk yet, but soon will.
Q2 How did your friends and family react to your victory?
Ans:- Coming from a small town,it was really an honour to be crowned “Popular Queen Of Universe 2019” and “Mrs India Pride Of Nation 2017” . My mother who has always stood by my side like a pillar and been there through all the thick and the thin of my life also a handful of my friends were really very happy rather than i was, they were even very much proud of me. The kind of love and support they had given me through this entire journey.
Q3:- Tell us about your journey from Allahabad to Mumbai in brief?
Ans3 :- It wasn’t easy coming from a small town and then adapting to the professional modern work culture but it definitely was a tough phase for me and it did bog me down at one point of time. I don’t regret what I’ve been through. I’ve had ups and downs, super highs and some really lows. I’ve been so blessed that I could never say. I wish this didn’t happen. It’s part of who I am. There’s nothing in my life that’s so faugh. I am fundamentally an optimist..
Q4:- Did you always want to be a beauty queen? If not then what plans did u have in mind?
Ans4:- I wouldn’t say I always wanted to become a beauty queen. It was definitely my dream to participate in all beauty contest and obviously win them all, In college rather i would say as a child I always understood one’s psychology and that’s where I always felt I belonged. And if not a beauty queen I would focus on becoming a Motivational trainer for today’s youth. Hence I even have achieved a PhD in Psychology.
Q5:- I have learnt that you have trained many models and students that have reached a high peak in their lives, tell me something about that?
Ans 5:- Yes, that’s true I have had many models and students who come to my institute that goes by the name Versatile Skills Development Pvt. Ltd. I always believe that sharing is caring and I love to share the skills and knowledge that I have acquired over the years through my experiences in this industry. And also as I have mentioned in one of the answers that if I had a plan B that I would become a Motivational trainer and that’s how I am fulfilling my dream by training youngsters and helping them to achieve success.
Q6 :- Any message to all the aspiring ladies who dream of winning such contest?
Ans6:- Just believe in yourself, have faith in your capabilities also know your own limits, and work hard for it. Be a happy perosn inside, because I think that is most important. We should enjoy what we do and that’s what I have been doing so far and maybe that’s why I am here today. If anyone wants to come and experience this or explore themselves, I think they should come without the fear of rejection and give it a best shot, irrespective of what the results are and without having any kind of negative feelings. As I remember my mother always quoted “believe in yourself give it your best and leave the rest on God” she also states “The harder you work for something the greater you will feel when you achieve it”
Q7:- Do you plan to take up more projects like these in the coming future??
Ans7:- I would definitely love to take up more projects like these, I really have to work hard because competition tends to get tuff at every single stage. I cannot leave my positivity, which makes me help to face all the challenges in life, I will for sure have to focus on my schedule. But yeah, I am really looking forward to it and I’m just going to give it my best shot.

इम्फाल की हेन्थोईबा “मिसेज़” कैटेगरी की विजेता बनी, प्रथम रनर रायपुर की नीलम शर्मा रही व द्वितीय रनर कोलकाता की प्रेमी रहीं।
होशियारपुर के मनजिंदर सिंह “मिस्टर” कैटेगरी के विजेता बने, प्रथम रनर उडालगिरी के नॉयनमणि डेका रहे व द्वितीय रनर रहे मुंबई के प्रथमेश पाटिल।
IAWA MRS MR MISS INDIA 2018 – Grand Crown Launch
Daljeet Kaur’s IAWA, is powered by ‘7 Hills Manikchand, Hospitality partner ‘Lush Green Reatreat Port Blair Andaman Nicobar Island, and supported by Sahil Trading Port Blair. IAWA is creating waves in India with her various social movements about Women Improvement. Recently IAWA organised a Grand Crown launching ceremony at ‘The Blacklisted’ where last year winner’s of IAWA, Dolly Sohi, Silviya Adrapho, Palak Ravesia along with upcoming talents Dilprit Kaur, Saniya Sharma & Tripti Rajput demonstrated the shining Crowns, they were well supported by Male winners. A special song on Women Empowerment ‘AURAT’ was presented, made by IAWA and lyrics by Vishu. It was applauded by everyone present there.
Beside Media, many guests were also present like Hasu Kapasi of Manikchand, Navin Barot (Superintendent of Remand Home, Gujrat), Amarjeet of Amar Cine Production, lyricist Anwar Sagar and Prem Gada of Presha Creation. More than 2000 participants have participated, 60 contestants where selected in three different category ‘Mr Miss’, ‘Mr Mrs’ and ‘Mr Mrs Exclusive’. Grand Finale will take place in Port Blair between 10th to 15th September 2018. Auditions was held in 35 cities of India, through which various talents will be selected. Winner of the Peagent will be committed to be active in social works like stopping domestic violence, save girl child and women empowerment. IAWA is searching role models for this purpose.

इस बार “मिस्टर, मिस और मिसेज़ २०१८”, में “आइवा” ने लगभग २००० से अधिक प्रतियोगियों ने भाग लिया, इनमें से ६० लोग चुने गए जो तीन विभिन्न कैटेगरी ‘मिस्टर मिस’, ‘मिस्टर मिसेज़’ और ‘मिस्टर मिसेज़ एक्सक्लूसिव’ में सम्पन्न हुआ। इस का ग्रैंड फिनाले दस से पंद्रह सितंबर के दौरान पोर्ट ब्लेयर में समापन होगा। पूरे हिंदुस्तान में जम्मु से मणिपुर, बंगलुरू एवं पैंतीस (३५), विभिन्न शहरों में इसका ऑडीशन किया चुका है। इसके जरिये विभिन्न प्रतिभाएं सामने आएंगी, यह पीजेंट खास डोमेस्टिक वायलेंस रोकने के लिये और बेटी बचाओ के समर्थन के मकसद से हो रहा है। विजेता प्रतिभागी इन उद्देश्यों के लिए कार्य करेंगे।
