A Masterclass In Crafting Psychological Horror I Challenge You Cannot Guess The Climax Of THE Y

The Y, the name itself, points to the mystery of the film. The film moves forward in harmony with both heart and mind. A character that creates curiosity in the human mind. Imaginations live. Something is hidden. Something is hidden. Is there such a power? every moment. Every element that lives around us is invisible.
It makes its existence. If I want to tell by speaking, it is impossible. where each character has lived himself, which is making us think. Can a fantasy take the shape of reality? If yes, then why is man still unaware of it? And if he knows, why is he unable to keep himself safe? Do supernatural powers exist while humans are alive?
Well written story, screenplay and direction by Girideva Raaj. Here The content is the hero, the character is the Grand Clock, and the storyteller has woven the fabric of the story in such a way that it is difficult to say anything. It is an unsolved puzzle. There is an untold story. The running time is approximately 2 hours. And the movie holds your attention for the whole two hours. You can’t take your eyes off the screen even if you want to!
Cinematography by Karthik Mallur sets the best mood for the genre. Background music by Christopher is too apt for the film.
‘The Y’ is the second most anticipated movies in India listed in IMDb Top 10 list after Pathaan being the first. Varisu, Thunivu, Gandhi Godse takes third, fourth and fifth position respectively. Even before movies coming on screen Popularity, Posters, Trailers gains the attention of the people. Pathan being the high budgeted movie with top starcast it’s highly difficult to compete, but a low budget movie with non star cast is gaining attention of millions of people is a great achievement. It’s clearly says content is the king seeing the progress of The Y on IMDb day by day. The Y is getting screened all over India on 6th January with nearly 200+ Multiplex Screens.

Debutante Dilip Arya is striking as a Dacoit in TAANASHAH
TAANASHAH – Rating 3.5 stars
This week see the release of a dacoit film which has already been critically acclaimed at several International Film Festivals. Once in a while comes a film on the dacoits like Mera Gaon Mera Desh, Sholay and the recently Gangs of Wasseypur. TAANASHAH promises to enter this elite list of Bollywood films on the dacoits.
Dilip Arya plays the protagonist Shiva whose father and sister are killed by the village Thakur, hence to avenge their death, Shiva kills the Thakur’s clan which leads to the police gunning for him. In his journey hiding from the cops, he comes in touch with a gang of dacoits.
Taanashah is loosely based on the life events of famous bandit Shiv Kumar Patel or Dadua. Shiv ruled the jungles of Bundelkhand uninterrupted for 28 and more years and by the time he was killed by STF in 2007, he had control over 14 MLA seats and he virtually decided who would rule UP next. The dreaded outlaw had evolved a powerful ecosystem with innumerable beneficiaries and no one dared go against him.
The dacoit Shiva is also revered by the village folk as he is like a village Robinhood. In the process, the local politician needs the dacoit’s help to win the election.
Then begins the game of betrayal and a web of politics and backstabbing.
Shot in real locations in Chitrakoot in UP, Mukesh Srivastava has written and produced this film that portrays the actual hinterland of India. Even today weapons are easily available in these places and one small mistake could erupt into rivarly in these ravines.
Astounding performance by Dilip Arya and the other cast. Each of the characters are perfectly selected, while the protagonist Daddu overshadows the film which has an earthy portrayals of the hinterlands of India.

It is being compared to Deepika Padukone starrer Chhapaak, but its treatment is different and it is very realistic. Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak is the story of Laxmi Agarwal, an acid attack survivor, while Priyanka Singh’s Acid is also based on a real-life incident in UP, where a young girl was attacked with acid. After watching this movie, it is realized that the purpose of making it is not just to make a cinema but to start a debate in the country and society about this social disease.
Priyanka Singh has not dramatized the scenes of this film by showing her directing skills but has shot it realistically. Through this film, an attempt has also been made to look into the minds of such dreadful criminals.
Acid co-producer Maan Singh has also played a negative role in this film. This movie shows the struggle of women in a male dominated society. This film is not about any one girl, but it shows the pain of all the women.
Priyanka Singh, who hails from Ranchi, plays the acid victim in it. Priyanka has also directed and acted in the film. Seeing the story of the acid attack victim in this film, people’s soul tremors. Presenting such a story on screen was a big challenge for Priyanka, but this role based on the life of acid victim Ruhana of Lucknow has been played by Priyanka with great effort. Priyanka has prepared quite a lot to play this role. She has spent time with many acid sufferers, realizing their story and pain.
What kind of narrow mindset criminalizes such people. They ruin the lives of girls like Ruhana for their small thinking and false pride. This film gives the message of ending this mentality from the root. The film also gives the message that those daughters who are struggling to get out of this wound to make a mark in their lives and get their rights, should also be encouraged. The film says that every person of the society has to come forward to end the bad mindset and dirty thinking.
The film has been appreciated at the Film Festival of India and abroad and now in theaters film is getting better response from the audience. Must see the movie once.

Dialogues from the film “Love in College” is the essence of its story. One of the dialogues says “We give the status of the temple to the school college, but some people have made it a den of drugs.” This is a bitter truth of today’s society, which is effectively introduced in the film.
Performance and chemistry of lead pair Sapan Krishna and Priya Gupta is another highlight of the film. Actors like Ahsaan Qureshi, Kiran Kumar and Mushtaq Khan have delivered impactful performances.

रिज़वान अदातिया की इन्स्पायेरिंग बायोपिक है ‘रिजवान’
बहुत से लोगों की जिंदगी की कहानी इतनी इन्स्पायेरिंग होती है कि उनपर बायोपिक फिल्मे बनती हैं. रिज़वान अदातिया की कहानी भी बड़ी प्रेरणादायक है उनकी इसी इमोशनल और सक्सेस स्टोरी को अब एक फीचर फिल्म का रूप दे दिया गया है जिसका नाम है ‘रिजवान’. पिछले दिनों मुंबई के सन्नी सुपर साउंड में इस फिल्म की एक स्पेशल स्क्रीनिंग का आयोजन किया गया जहाँ खुद रिज़वान अदातिया को बधाई देने के लिए कई हस्तियाँ आई.
एक आम आदमी कैसे दुनिया में बदलाव ला सकता है, इसी कहानी को पेश किया गया है फिल्म ‘रिजवान’ में. फिल्म देखते समय एहसास हुआ कि मानव सेवा के लिए जो काम रिज़वान अदातिया ने किया है वह बहुत सारे लोगों के लिए इन्स्पायेरिंग है.

टाइमपास मनोरंजक फ़िल्म है ‘ नॉटी गैंग ‘ ( 2.5 स्टार )
पंकज कुमार विराट निर्देशित फिल्म ‘नॉटी गैंग’ में नए युवा कलाकारों ने बड़े ही सहज अंदाज़ में कॉमेडी करने की कोशिश की है। यह फ़िल्म खासकर युवा दर्शकों को ध्यान में रखकर बनायी गयी है।
फ़िल्म की कहानी में एक गांव के तीन लड़के बल्लू, राजा और हैरी की शरारत से सभी परेशान रहते हैं। यहां तक कि बल्लू अपने माता पिता को भी नहीं छोड़ता। तीनों की दोस्त विद्या उन्हें सही रास्ते पर चलने के लिए हमेशा समझाती रहती है मगर वे शरारत करने से बाज नहीं आते।
विद्या और बल्लू बचपन से ही एक दूसरे को चाहने लगते हैं। बड़ा होकर तीनों लड़के ठगी और हेरा फेरी करके पैसे कमाना चाहते हैं। फिर वह तीनों गांव छोड़कर शहर की ओर बढ़ते हैं और अपने काम को अंजाम देते हुए पुलिस की नज़र में आ जाते हैं। पुलिस से बचते बचते तीनों एक नैचुरल हेल्थ थेरेपी सेंटर पहुंच जाते हैं। वहां पर खूबसूरत लड़कियों द्वारा हीलिंग कराया जाता है। सेंटर की संचालिका लीला खुद को मृतक साबित कर भूतनी का रूप धारण कर ग्राहकों को भगाती रहती है और सबका माल हड़प लेती है। इस काम में दूसरी लड़कियां भी उससे मिली होती हैं। जिनमें माया की शक्ल हूबहू विद्या से मिलती है।
तीनों लड़के को लीला का राज़ पता चल जाता है और वे उसे ब्लैकमेल करते हुए सेंटर में मुफ्त की रोटी तोड़ने लग जाते हैं। वहां विद्या को देखकर तीनों दोस्त आश्चर्यचकित हो जाते हैं। इधर तीनों लड़कों से परेशान लीला अपने आशिक रोमियो डॉन को मदद के लिए मनाती है। दरअसल डॉन रोमियो अपनी दरियादिली की चक्कर में सब कुछ गंवा बैठा है। उसे लूटने में लीला का भी हाथ होता है जिसके पैसे से वह हेल्थ सेंटर चला रही है।
अंत में क्या विद्या अपने प्रेमी के साथ उसके दोस्तों को सही रास्ते पर ला सकती है ? क्या लीला और डॉन रोमियो तीनों लड़के से अपना बचाव कर पाते हैं ? यह सब देखना बड़ा दिलचस्प होगा।
पंच परमेष्ठी प्रोडक्शन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और त्रयम्बकं प्रोडक्शन द्वारा निर्मित इस फ़िल्म में निर्देशक पंकज कुमार विराट ने फ़िल्म में मनोरंजन दिखाने के लिए कुछ नए सीन डाले हैं। पहली बार उन्होंने निर्देशन में हाथ आजमाया है और काफी हद तक सफल हुए हैं। कलाकारों के एक्सप्रेशन पर थोड़ा ध्यान दिया जा सकता था। फ़िल्म की सिनेमैटोग्राफी बेहतरीन है। लोकेशन भी देखने लायक है।
गाने सुनने योग्य हैं।
कुल मिलाकर यह फ़िल्म टाइमपास के लिए देखी जा सकती है।

ऑन द रैंप नेवर एंडिंग शो ‘ में है फैशन का जलवा और फैशन डिजाइनर का संघर्ष
हर किसी के भीतर एक अद्भुत कला छिपी होती है जिसे तराशने पर उसकी कीर्ति चारों तरफ फैलती है। देखा जाए तो जीवन में हर इंसान को संघर्ष के दौर से गुजरना पड़ता है, जो विकट परिस्थितियों का सामना करते हैं वही सफलता के नए आयाम स्थापित करते हैं।
ऐसा ही कुछ फ़िल्म ‘ ऑन द रैंप नेवर एंडिंग शो ‘ में देखने को मिलता है। फ़िल्म देखने के बाद यह भी समझने को मिलता है कि कभी किसी पर आंख मूंदकर भरोसा नहीं करना चाहिये।
फ़िल्म की कहानी में नायक साकेत शर्मा ( रणवीर शौरी ) इंटरनेशनल फैशन डिजाइनर है। उसकी विदेशी पार्टनर एंजेलिना ( सैदह जूल्स ) उसे पसंद करती है लेकिन उसपर अपना अधिकार रखना चाहती है। साकेत अपनी पहचान बनाना चाहता है और अपने देश भारत की पारंपरिक परिधान को विश्व स्तर तक ले जाने के लिये अलग राह चुनता है। उसकी गर्लफ्रैंड नहीं चाहती कि वह उससे जुदा होकर नाम कमाए और वह उसकी कमाई का हिस्सा भी छीन लेती है। साकेत दिल्ली आता है जहां उसे कृति ( उर्वशी शर्मा ) मिलती है। कृति भी फैशन डिजाइनर बनना चाहती है इसलिए वह साकेत की सहायक बन जाती है। दिल्ली में दोनों मिलकर छह महत्वकांक्षी लड़कियों को मॉडलिंग के लिये तैयार कर लेते है मगर पैसे के अभाव में मंज़िल तक पहुंच पाना असंभव नज़र आता है।
कहते हैं जब इंसान पर संकट के घनघोर बादल मंडराते हैं तब ईश्वर कोई न कोई फरिश्ता मदद के लिए भेज ही देता है। आगे चलकर साकेत फैशन की दुनिया में विश्व स्तर पर अपनी पहचान बनाता है।
गैबरियल मोशन पिक्चर्स की प्रस्तुति इस फ़िल्म के प्रस्तुतकर्ता मनोज शर्मा, निर्माता राजीव भाटिया और नितिन अरोरा हैं तथा रिलीज की जिम्मेदारी ए जे डिजिटल इंटरटेनमेंट ने उठायी है।
फ़िल्म के निर्देशक इमरान खालिद ने इस फ़िल्म के जरिये फैशन जगत के साथ साथ एक इंसान के संघर्ष का बढ़िया प्रदर्शन किया है। नीलाभ कौल की सिनेमेटोग्राफी बेहतरीन है।
कलाकारों ने अपने किरदार को बखूबी अंजाम दिया है।

निर्देशक अभिनव ठाकुर की हिंदी फिल्म ‘यह सुहागरात इम्पॉसिबल’ इसी सप्ताह 8 मार्च को रिलीज कर दी गई है। फिल्म में प्रताप सौरभ सिंह, प्रितिका चौहान की जोड़ी नजर आ रही है। यह एक कॉमेडी फिल्म है जैसा कि इन दिनों बॉलीवुड में नए सब्जेक्ट की फिल्मो का बड़ा स्वागत हो रहा है. इसलिए यह भी एक अनोखी फिल्म है।

प्रताप सौरभ सिंह, प्रितिका चौहान के मुख्य अभिनय से सजी इस फिल्म की कहानी इस बात के इर्द गिर्द घुमती है कि जो सुहागरात होने वाली थी, वो अचानक असम्भव कैसे हो गई। उस रात ऐसा क्या हुआ कि सुहागरात मनाना मुमकिन नहीं रहा. इसलिए फिल्म का नाम‘यह सुहागरात इम्पॉसिबल’रखा गया है.
फिल्म ‘यह सुहागरात इम्पोसिबल’ में प्रताप सौरभ सिंह, प्रितिका चौहान, प्रदीप शर्मा और आलोकनाथ पाठक की अहम भूमिकाएं है। प्रताप सौरभ सिंह इस मूवी में सत्यप्रकाश का रोल कर रहे हैं जबकि देविका का कैरेक्टर प्रितिका चौहान प्ले कर रही हैं. फिल्म में यह दोनों सुहागरात मनाने के लिए तैयार होते हैं तभी कहानी में आता है एक बड़ा ट्विस्ट. और फिर फिल्म कॉमेडी ट्रैक पर चली जाती है. देखा जाए तो यह फिल्म शादीशुदा और शादी करने के इच्छुक युवाओं दोनों को एक खास मैसेज देती है।
पिछले वर्ष में आई फिल्मो और उसके नतीजों ने साबित कर दिया है कि अब नयापन ही दर्शकों को पसंद आ रह है. इस फिल्म की कहानी में भी फ्रेशनेस है जो दर्शकों को जरूर पसंद आएगी।सुहागरात का मतलब ये नहीं है कि फिल्म का कंटेन्ट बोल्ड है बल्कि यह एक कॉमेडी ड्रामा है, जिसे लोग परिवार के साथ भी देख सकते हैं. यह फिल्म विशेष रूप से उन लड़के-लड़कियों को जरुर देखनी चाहिये, जो बिना कुछ सोचे-समझे जल्दबाज़ी में शादी का फैसला कर लेते हैं। यह फिल्म यही संदेश देती है कि शादी जिंदगी भर का रिश्ता होता है, कोई गुड्डे-गुड़ियों का खेल नहीं, इसलिए इसमें जल्दबाजी नहीं करनी चाहिए।

They say dreams keep everyone alive and to have one gives a reason to live even more beautifully. Writer-director Jonathan Augustin bring an emotional tale of unusual relationships with The Lift Boy, which has a big share of sweet moments, even though it could have been about five minutes shorter in the first half, which is working under the radar to establish the emotional tapestry of behaviour and relationships
Raju Tawade (debutant Moin Khan), a lower-middle-class, English-speaking Maharashtrian boy, lives with parents Krishna Tawade (Saagar Kale) and Lakshmi (Neha Bam). Aspires to become a writer, but is forced to become an engineer to fulfil his parents’ wish. His life suddenly turns upside down when he has to serve in his father’s job as a lift boy in a posh building after his Baba suffers a heart attack.
There, he meets Maureen D’souza (Nyla Masood)a rich widow who owns the posh building and stays alone in a sprawling apartment after her husband Colin’s death. Gradually, Raju befriends her along with other residents. To his surprise, Maureen promises him to teach engineering drawing, which has been the one single subject he has repeatedly failed to clear. As he works hard for the first time to study under her guidance, Fate, through a friend tempt him with other options. What happens next forms the resolution that the first half had been scripting the setup for.
The Lift Boy is loosely based on a real story set in Mumbai. Director Jonathan Augustin delivers an engaging tale that elevates your emotions and mood, and also leaves you teary-eyed the process. In the end, the slightly slowish set up of the first half is forgotten, and the comes out as a sure shot winner.
Jonathan has pleasingly weaved a heart warming story alongside the primary plot. It has been shot aesthetically — especially the skyline of Mumbai and the sunsets.
Debutant Moin Khan is very good for a first-time performance. The one who steals the show is surely Nyla Masood. She is raw, real and extremely cinvincing. You will definitely take her character Maureen D’souza back home. Rest of the entire secondary star cast does justice in their respective roles, particularly Raju’s father,played by Saagar Kale.
The Lift Boy is a slice of a life film which is a perfect watch over the weekend. As Augusti ln told me before the film, “It is never about a destination, it is always about a journey.” The Lift Boy is a beautiful, engaging, entertaining journey indeed. Don’t miss it.

आंख खोलने वाला कड़वा सच दिखाती है फिल्म ‘द डार्क साइड ऑफ लाइफः मुंबई सिटी’

बॉलीवुड में आजकल प्रयोगात्मक फिल्में बन रही हैं जिनमें झूठ का आवरण नहीं है बल्कि सच्चाई को पेश किया जा रहा है ताकि दर्शकों से फिल्म से सीधा जुड़ाव हो सके। डायरेक्टर तारिक खान की इसी सप्ताह रिलीज हुई फिल्म ‘द डार्क साइड ऑफ लाइफः मुंबई सिटी’ एक ऐसी ही कहानी है जो मुंबई जैसे बड़े शहरों में हो रही आत्महत्या की बढती घटनाओं पर आधारित है। फिल्म की खासियत यह है कि इसमें कई कहानियों और किरदारों को बहुत करीने से पिरोया गया है और इस खूबसूरती से पेश किया गया है कि दर्शक इस फिल्म से खुद को जुड़ा हुआ महसूस करें।
फिल्म में अंत तक सस्पेंस और थ्रिल भी कायम रहता है लेकिन विडंबना यही है कि छोटा बैनर होने की वजह से ऐसी फिल्में दर्शकों की बड़ी संख्या तक नहीं पहुंच पातीं और निर्देशक का सार्थक प्रयास भी व्यर्थ हो जाता है। फिल्म की यूएसपी निर्देशक महेश भट्ट का अहम रोल है जिनके दमदार अभिनय ने यकीनन दर्शकों को चौंकाया है। इस फिल्म के बाद हो सकता है महेश भट्ट अभिनय को भी अपने कॅरियर का हिस्सा बना लें। फिल्म में केके मेनन ने भी प्रभावी अभिनय किया है।
लक्ष्य प्रोडक्शन की यह फिल्म मुंबई महानगर और खास कर फिल्मी दुनिया में होने वाली आत्महत्या की घटनाओं पर आधारित एक सिनेमा है। मुम्बईकरों के लिए इसमें आंख खोलने वाला कड़वा सच दिखाया गया है जो बड़े शहरों के जीवन में होने वाले तनाव को दर्शाती है। मुंबई जैसे बड़े शहर में लोग इतनी भाग दौड़ भरी जिंदगी गुजार रहे हैं। हर आदमी तनाव और किसी न किसी परेशानी में का शिकार है और यही संघर्ष और मायूसी कभी कभी लोगों को आत्महत्या करने पर मजबूर कर देती है। इस फिल्म में इसी सच को बड़े प्रभावी ढंग से दिखाया गया है।

The Story
Mauritian tycoon Vishal Shivratan (Shiivam Tiwari) is aiming for the top slot and joins hands with Omitino Zaprio (Rahul Dev). Vishal’s wife aditi (Kritika Mishra) is a doting wife. Aditi’s best friend Jenny (Sophia Singh) seduces Vishal. Vishal’s business thrives and he finally replaces Omtino as the top gun. But Vishal faces bankruptcy after being cheated. By now, Aditi has filed for a divorce. Vishal’s loyal secretary Sonal (Kriti Chaudhary) finally saves him.
CRITICAL & TRADE ANALYSIS
The film has been tailor made to showcase the talent out of Shivam Tiwari, both as an actor and also as director. Performancewise, Shivam Tiwari takes the cake. Next best is Rahul Dev. Kritika Mishra and Sophia Singh add the glamour appeal and are also good in their respective roles. Rajkumar Kanojia and Hemant Pandey are good. The rest are adequate. The film’s music is the biggest pluspoint. All songs have been tuned very well and also picturised with painstaking effort. The three best songs are ‘Elahi’, rendered by Palak Mucchal, filmed on Vishal and Aditi, second best being ‘Black Magic’, filmed on Aditya Narayan who also has taken part on the song, third being ‘Mehfooz’, rendered by Ankit Tiwari. The other two songs ‘Khaali Sa Hoon’ and ‘Madhoshiyaan’, are also very enjoyable. The director explores the natural beauty of Mauritius. Camerawork (Kamal Chaurasia, Arvind Singh) is outstanding. Editing (Nagendra Yadav) is crisp. Production and technical values are of high standard. The publicity was very good with aggressive marketing and promotion.

THE STORY
The film depicts the love story of Surya( Suryakant Devkar) and Mehrunisa( Riddhi Ghodke) who meet in unusual circumstances and fall in love . But the society does not allow their love to blossom. How the two lovers meet again and renunite is told in the climax.
CRITICAL & TRADE ANALYSIS
The film has been written well by Gundappa Suresh Devkar and also the dialogue are meaningful in many places.The songs are melodious and are the main stay of the film.The film has the ususal romance, conflicts of elders and the youth,comedy, action and a dose of horror too to please the masses more than the classes. Direction by Raju Sansare is good. Musically,( Anirudha-Akshay and M. Deepak) earpleasing although the songs haven’t been promoted well. Performancewise. Suryakant Devkar does very well. Riddhi Ghodke exudes glamour in every frame and is very promising. Kadambari Bankar and Raju Sansare are fair. Production and technical values are good. The publicity was fair.
At the box-office, the film is meant for smaller centres only.
Candid Review of Hari Mehrotra’s ambitious film VIRAAM

THE STORY
An ageing widower businessman Abhiraj Malhotra ( Narendra Jha ) is seeking to fulfil his departed wife’s last wish of building a multi-speciality hospital in Dehradun. Abhiraj’s chance encounter with a young, seemingly destitute runaway woman Mahtun (Urmila Mahanta) from Purulia, Orissa, who Abhiraj promptly hires as his servant. Mahtun also makes delicious food for Abhiraj and finally loves him too and reaches his bedroom. They make love but Abhiraj feels guilty about it . Mahtun now wants their relationship to be out in the open. What happens later forms the crux of the story.
CRITICAL & TRADE ANALYSIS
The film’s script(Abdullah Khn) has been written in the style of the eighties and the dialogue also appears to have heard in umpteen family dramas of the past as they are being re-served in a modern-day context and it feels distinctly unpleasant. The climax is a letdown once Abhiraj is shown dead and also the film shows Mahtun in a bad shade which may not be digested by many. Performancesie, Narendra Jha is very good. Urmila Mahanta acts brilliantly and she needs bigger makers to prove her talent. Annapurna Bhairi is good as Laxmi , the caretaker of Abhiraj. Zaid Shaikh,Satish Sharma,Sanjay Verma and Tripurari Yadav lend good support. Musically, singer Tripty Sinha has lent two very good numbers, one being a devotional while the other a romantic one and also they are equally well written by Azeem Shirazi. Camerawork( Jojny Laal) is heavenly and Dehradun locales never looked so beautiful till date. Also the glimpses of Mussourie and Hrishikesh are enchanting. Editing( Ashish Gaikar) is crisp. Production and technical values are good. The publiicty was good.
At the box-office, the film has merits for the ladies specially and it may be patronised in select cinemas of U.P. mainly where the film has been shot while business in other territories will make the investors happy..!

Review : Jigar Is Neat & Clean Entertaining Film For Masses
अश्लीलता से परे मनोरंजक फ़िल्म जिगर
आम तौर पर भोजपुरी फिल्मो का नाम आते ही सभ्रात वर्ग के दर्शक नाक भौं सिकोड़ने लगते हैं लेकिन साफ सुथरी और मनोरंजक फ़िल्म बनाने के लिए मशहूर संयोगिता फ़िल्म के साथ दस फिल्मो के अनुभव के साथ खुद की फ़िल्म निर्माण कंपनी पूर्वांचल टाकीज के बैनर तले फ़िल्म बना रहे विकास कुमार उन्ही की पदचिह्नों पर चल रहे हैं । पहले साजन चले ससुराल 2 , फिर बेटा और अब जिगर से उन्होंने यह सिद्ध किया है कि वे भीड़ का हिस्सा नही हैं । ईद पर मुम्बई , गुजरात , बिहार और झारखंड में रिलीज हुई जिगर की कहानी में प्रेम है , परिवार है , बदला है और इमोशन है । इन सबके बीच मधुर संगीत की अपनी एक अलग पहचान भी है । किसी भी फ़िल्म को सजाने का जिम्मा फ़िल्म के निर्देशक पर रहता है ।
जिगर के निर्देशक प्रेमांशु सिंह ने इस भूमिका का बखूबी निर्वाहन किया है और उनके बारे में कहा जा सकता है कि वे भोजपुरी फिल्मो के उन गिने चुने निर्देशकों में से एक हैं जो भव्यता के लिए जाने जाएंगे । जहां तक अभिनय की बात की जाए निरहुआ ने एक बार फिर यह साबित किया है कि भले ही उनकी इंट्री बतौर गायक हुई पर अब वो अभिनय के पावर हाउस बन चुके हैं । अपनी अदा से भोजपुरी फ़िल्म जगत पर छा जाने वाली अंजना सिंह के 50 फिल्मो के सफर में जिगर उनकी दो सर्वश्रेष्ठ भूमिका वाली फिल्मो में से एक है । सुशील सिंह और मनोज सिंह टाईगर एक वर्सेटाइल एक्टर हैं , कैसी भी भूमिका हो अपनी छाप छोड़ ही देते हैं पर जिगर में इन दोनों ने कुछ ज्यादा ही जान लगा दी है । सहजता और क्रूरता के मिश्रण के साथ साथ भाव भंगिमा दर्शको का मन मोह लेती है । यही हाल गौरी शंकर, देव सिंह , संतोष पहलवान , वैभव सिंह का है । रितु सिंह की गिनती हमेशा से अच्छी अदाकारा के रूप में होती है और इसमें भी उन्होंने इसे साबित किया है । गौरव झा ने वैसे तो कई फिल्मे की है पर जिगर उन्हें नई पहचान दिलाने में सफल हुई है ।
रीना रानी सुशील सिंह की पत्नी की भूमिका में है और उनकी सहजता ने दर्शको का दिल जीत लिया है । उल्लेखनीय है कि जिगर के लेखक हैं विजय यादव व कृष्णानंद पांडे , संगीतकार हैं अविनाश झा घुंघरू कैमरामैन देवेंद्र तिवारी , गीतकार प्यारे लाल कवि , मनोज मतलबी , आज़ाद सिंह और प्रमोद शकुंतलम ने भी मधुर बोल लिखे हैं । फ़िल्म के कार्यकारी निर्माता रवि बल और किरण शाही हैं ।
बहरहाल , निर्माता विकास कुमार साजन चले ससुराल 2 और बेटा के बाद एक और अच्छी फ़िल्म भोजपुरिया दर्शको को देने में सफल हुए हैं ।———-उदय भगत

Film grips you right from beginning, it is a story of a singer Ronit who falls in love with Ashley, but after realizing that she is a criminal, leaves her, but after three years when he has become a star singer and is already married, Ashley returns in her life like an haunted angel, entire story revolves around these three characters and a police officer played by Shakti Kapoor. Acting wise all Rishi, Gurleen, Dolly has lived their character with adequate support of Shakti Kapoor. As producer and creative director Swatantra Goyel has made a good entertainer, Keval Singh’s direction is Ok, screenplay & dialogues by Goyel and Mir Muneer is catchy, music by Dushyant Dubey is up to mark, camera by Kapil Gautam is excellent, Mohan Baggad’s action is thrilling.

Review: YEH KAISI HAI AASHIQUI’’ A Melodic Horror
“YEH KAISI HAI AASHIQUI’’ a melodic horror, is a story that centers around a crorepati Kumar (Rajdeep) who is aged 55 years old. The heroine Sukhbir Lamba (Kamini) is a stunning girl of 20 years and has a heart for Kumar (Rajdeep) . She falls for him and desires to get married to him and be his Queen. . Kumar’s (Rajdeep) daughter Priya (Shipra) who lives in America is not in favour of her brother Kumar’s (Rajdeep) relationship with Kamini (Sukhbir Lamba). Kamini (Sukhbir Lamba) out of her love for Kumar (Rajdeep) starts to produce a film with him. But during the shoot, Kumar (Rajdeep) gets a heart attack and collapses. There are many twists in the film..
Rajdeep as the main hero and Sukbir Lamba as the main heroine have played their roles very effectively and their performance has been extensively cherished. Sipra Gaur as daughter of Rajdeep too has done an amazing work and she has earned applauds for her portrayal as daughter to Rajdeep the hero and Sukhbir Lamba the heroine.
The other artistes Atul Soni, , Atmaram Tripathi, Vandana Rawal, Swati Mukherji, Gokul Baraiyya, Sandeep Sharma, Raju Baruchi, Shakil Doctor, Sachin Rajputm Gula Sheikh, Ravi Dutta, Shobhana Ben, Firoz, Ramlakhan Sharma, Arjun Bharuchi, Nikulsingh Chudasama, Raj and Babu have all enacted to much contentment.
Story-Screenplay by Zameer Khan (Rajdeep) is spellbinding while the direction by Subhash J Shah is dexterous. The film is produced by G Jain Bhai & Vandana Rawal.
Dialogues by Suresh Joshi are powerful while the Music by Shiuvam Bagchi, Lyrics by Amitabh Ranjan & Mahil Paldhvi are harmonious. Cinematography by Hitesh Beldar is enchanting and Editing by Aniul Patil is slick. Action by Ilyash Sheikh is to be raved about, while Choreography by Ram Devan-Ashwin Master is gratifying, Art by Nasreen decorates the film.
Playback Singers Mamta Sharma, Palak Muchal, Pamela Jain and Zahir Raj have all crooned the songs very expressively and the songs are sure to be adored by the music lovers.
‘’YEH KAISI HAI AASHIQUI’’ is a film where love turns evil with soul emotive melody to be watched by one and all.

Home Stay-Stay Alive-, is a suspense thriller which tells of a dark and horror night spent by a girl in a Home Stay at Coorg.
The film revolves revolves round the pivotal character of the film – a bold and beautiful girl – Akshara, who stays in City and intends to travel to Coorg to surprise her fiancée who stays in Coorg. Thrilling part of the film begins here with an enormously terrifying situation where she is staying alone in Home Stay in that dark night. As time surpasses, and as the night gets dark with some sound of nature, the way of her psychological mind reacts with the availed situation. Middle of the night, who came to Home Stay to kill her? What made her to react with super natural power? What was the paranormal activity which she came to know on that Home Stay?
The crucial point of the film is, as the morning rises, whether the girl is alive or not? What was the intense situation she faced there? Who is the creepy man who came in the midnight? Did the owner of the Home Stay come back or not? Finally, could she really surprise her fiancée with her visit to Coorg?
Sayali Bhagat, as the bold and stunning girl. Akshara has given an incredible performance. Ashmit Patel, the fiancée of Akshara (Sayali Bhagat) too has given excellent performance. ShrutiI who is the most popular heroine of South has justified her role and has portrayed her character wonderfully. Ravi Kaale has also given a good performance..

Santosh Sivan’s “EK YODHA SHOORVEER” is a beautifully set revenge drama, weaved around the tales of attempted assassination of Portuguese sailor, Vasco Da Gama. One of the highest budgeted movies of recent times, it is undoubtedly a modern day masterpiece with all round perfection in casting, performance and technical aspects. “EK YODHA SHOORVEER” is crafted in such a way that it inspires and let you with it in the entire proceedings. The movie succeeds in avoiding regular clichés and uninteresting plot points. The movie opens in the present century where a carefree youth named Krishna Das gets an irresistible offer to sell his ancestor land. While he embarks to Kerala to sign the related records, he realizes the stories about his ancestors and about the fiery feats they had taken to keep their homeland free of invaders. And in the flashback we are introduced to the courageous fighter (Arya) who is killed for his plans to eliminate the viceroy, Vasco Da Gama, of Portuguese empire. His son Prithviraj Sukumaran now gets ready for revenge, the massacre was executed according to the order from Vasco da Gama. Prithviraj with his close Muslim friend from childhood Prabhu Deva also get the support of Princess Genelia D’souza who is also plotting to fight the foreign invaders led by Vasco Da Gama. The film goes on to tell whether they succeed in their mission to eliminate the threat from Indian soil. All in all, “EK YODHA SHOORVEER” is a must watch for all those who love quality cinema. Redefining the traditional qualities of period dramas, “EK YODHA SHOORVEER” is sure to become a movie that will be respected and adored by viewers for its creative panache, tremendous performances and great technical wizardry.
SHARUKH KHAN’S DILWALE REVIEW

What’s Good: Dilwale may prove to be an effortless entertainer for those who go without any expectations from it. The film never promised to be a cerebral pleaser hence, if you go with the flow, you may even enjoy it. It shifts gears between action, romance and comedy and guess what all three have in common? Cars!
What’s Bad: Bringing back the most-loved Jodi of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol together, the film does not accomplish in capturing their epic romance. The comic capers start to fall apart soon thanks to their repetitive flavor.
First Half Would Be A Good Time!
Watch or Not?: For those who love to sit back and enjoy movies, this one could entertain you. I couldn’t thoroughly enjoy the film because of its highly predictable storyline. Although for all Rohit Shetty fans, this is another out and out commercial film that they would enjoy.
The story revolves around Meera (Kajol) and Raj (Shah Rukh Khan) who belong to two Mafia families having conflicts. Operating in Bulgaria, both Meera and Raj meet in a chance encounter that soon leads to them falling in love. The duo then go on a date that is corny enough, consisting of flowers, ice-creams, dinner and a dance. But, then there is a major twist heading our way.
Just when you think love is in the air, guns are fired, blood is flown and soon the two lovers are forced to find separate ways. Strangely, both Meera and Raj have younger siblings who are oblivious of their pasts. Veer (Varun Dhawan) is Raj’s charming younger brother where as Ishita (Kriti Sanon) is Kajol’s younger sister.
PERFORMANCE WISE SHARUKH KAJOL AND VARUN DHAWAN EXCELLENT.
Photography and foreign locals are beautifully picturised. Couple of songs are very good. Editing is brisk . Rohit Shetty once again comes out with flaying colours.
15 years later, the ‘adhoori kahaani’ of Raj and Meera comes back to haunt them when their siblings Veer and Ishita fall in love with each other as they now stay in the same town.
Raj after leaving his mafia business is now a car re-model and garage guy where as Meera owns a shack in Goa. (Yeah! A little far fetched how both move all the way from Bulgaria to Goa!)
Will Raj and Meera get over their past for their siblings? Will they rekindle their love as well is what the film further unfolds.
On the whole this film will defiantly make every one happy as far as financial aspects are concerned.
